★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are amazing and want to help everyone as quickly as possible. I go in every 3-4 weeks for my nails and they always do a fantastic job. I even had to run in a week after to get a nail fixed and they are super quick to help so I could get on with my day. I love them there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nails turned out really good! Love them! Took about 2 hours (40 minutes waiting as a walk in and the rest for the actual nails). Worth the wait as I didn't have anything else to do that day aha but it's good to make sure you have the time! It was nice and quiet on a Sunday and I'd go back for a fill for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don’t recommend this place at all, they over charged me by a lot and tried excusing it by saying it was cause of the layers of nail polish. also not sanitary at all, didn’t clean the surface or anything. don’t waste your time and money, find a different and better place that is worth your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have used this business for 4 sessions, Jon is great but he gets rushed and then taken away to do someone else's nails. The girls there do horrible finishing work with filing and color! I like Jon but unfortunately will not be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was horrible. The man who did my nails didn’t let the under coat dry completely, so two days after I got them done they peeled. He sat back comfortably in his chair while I had to be pushed up to the plasty-glass and sit uncomfortably and he kept getting upset with me when I would try to adjust so I wasn’t in pain in my chair. 1000/10 DO NOT recommend this place. The man rushed the whole thing, all my nails are either peeling right in the middle or chipping on the sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and made an appointment and asked what the best time to come in was -the guy on the phone said 330pm and to not worry that I would get in right away so I arrived at 320pm for my pedicure - they attended a walk in before me and I had to wait till 340pm before they sat me down and another 20 minutes till someone started on me - so at 4pm I was finally seen -couldn’t keep my feet any longer in hot water so
I just patiently waited - the young girl finally got started on me and cut me twice. I clenched the entire time and was so nervous my whole appointment ! And she never even said sorry or anything - I even yelped when she cut me - I was never told sorry that they were starting late or that I was cut - I understand shortness of staff maybe but to take a walk in before my appointment was where I was confused- I was never acknowledged as a paying customer- just very easily dismissed -your supposed to be relaxed and they make you nervous the entire time - never coming back !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worst nail salon ever. They rush you and they can’t even do the most simple designs like a typical white tip. They keep telling customers to come in and they have like 3 employees and they’ll rush everything just to get in more customers. I just paid $90 and my shellac polish was done in such a rush that it’s already coming off. Never coming here again. Beyond disappointed and I’m going on a trip. Do not waste your time coming here, I promise it isn’t worth it. Many other salons to go to who will actually value your time and money and provide you a nice set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done today around 1pm and around 5pm paint from toes was completely gone and stones fell off from hand nails. It was not a good experience at all and I tried to call multiple times but no one answered. I got this done for my wedding and had to catch flight tonight as well. I saw this at the airport and it completely ruined my day. If I did not have to travel, I would have go to the salon myself and got it fixed. At this point, I really hope I can get my refund.
Today I went to Q-nails to talk about their previous service which I uploaded the picture in December.But they were not ready to listen anything.The lady,her daughter and a guy I think he was the owner,all were grumbling and they were so rude.They don’t know how to deal with the customer.I think they are fed up from the business that’s why they have such a rude attitude towards the customers.So please go to any other salons for your services instead of wasting money and time at Q-nails.
