β β β β β I was supper nervous coming in today as I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, the front desk was amazing, supper friendly and very helpful with answering all my questions before my appointment. They were able to give accurate quotes for my services which was a huge help and I felt like there was no surprises. Michael was absolutely a pleasure to be with today, he is very knowledgeable and was able to help ease my anxiety during the whole visit by being very honest and transparent with what he was doing and what steps were next. The dentist was able to give me a clear action plan for my upcoming treatment, and was able to make me feel confident and comfortable with the next steps we will have to take. As there is a huge stigma that going to the dentist always sucks and is the worst doctors visit on the planet, I can say my visit today definitely proved that wrong. Keep up the amazing work

β β β β β I got an appointment for dad's tooth to check up with Dr. Karan. My dad had pain for a week. He took the pan x-ray but he could not find out the reason for the pain after he was prescribed the antibiotic. Dr. Karan and his staff were encouraging us to book for cleaning, instead of figuring out the present visit. My dad is on a visitor visa, he doesn't have any coverage. We paid upfront all fees. We were not satisfied with the visit and also we will not go to that clinic in future.

β β β β β I was able to get an appointment literally less then 12 hours after cracking my tooth, the entire staff was great, they are gentle, kind, fast and efficient. I was petrified, but they made me comfortable and at ease, well as much ease as a person can sitting in a dentist's chair, lol. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

β β β β β February 17, 2022. They got me in right away for a tooth that was causing me pain. Turned out I needed a root canal. They were able to start the procedure right away. Everyone I encountered was kind, knowledgeable and professional. They sensed how nervous I was and checked in on how I was doing often. I needed a new dentist and Iβve found one. Grateful. Thank you.

β β β β β Amazing staff, everyone is so friendly. The dentist and his assistant that Iβve seen twice are constantly checking in with me to make sure Iβm handling everything alright. They explain everything theyβre doing so nothing is a surprise. I donβt live in Edmonton but will be definitely making the trip to the city for now on.

β β β β β The best dental experience I've ever had. My biggest regret is not coming here sooner. I hadn't seen a dentist in several years due to a combination of having no dental insurance and having a terrible experience with other dental clinics in the past. Smiles was able to book me in immediately for an exam and always made sure I understood what the next steps were. All of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, I've never felt so at ease at a dental office until coming here. Dr. Salwan is very patient and clear with what the treatment plan I'll need to undergo to improve my dental health. The dental hygienist I had, Michael, really made sure I understood what was happening with my teeth and gums and how I can also better care for them long term. I went in feeling absolutely anxious and terrified but after each appointment I've left feeling more confident and relaxed. I cannot praise the amount of compassion and quality of service at this clinic enough.
