★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are super nice. Big location with alot of options. Specialized selection of high quality pet food and pet supplies . Don't sell pets but they usually have some critters or cats featured from local rescue organization which is a huge plus!

Can't say enough about how well they run this place and how nice they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new groomer hired by PetValu on 24 St NW & 23 Ave NW did not properly groom our elderly service dog. He is groomed every 2-3 months depending on his awesome coat. I took issue with him not being conditioned & decided to wait to speak with Dawn on our next visit. Upon booking our best friend was told "she does not wish to have us as a client again" horridied me!!! This is the WORST customer service. I am going up the chain of command for resolution on this matter. We DO NOT RECOMMEND having any grooming service done by this person Dawn!!!! Save your dog and your money - find a properly trained experienced groomer please!!

Very knowledgeable about products, great suggestions and prices + sales! Up to 80% off on selected items
Our very fussy pup - who only likes Orijens Duck treats - ( we’ve tried so many brands/types with no luck)
He devoured the Pigs ear and Bull sticks!!! In under 10 min
A 10/10 experience by far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been here before but I ordered online for store pickup. It was great!! Order was ready to go and they even tossed in a couple of treats for my dog to try. I love this location they are always friendly, professional and easy to talk about your pet needs. It is more personal, and they have time to help you find what your looking for, not like the big box stores. I highly recommend this location!!
