★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been observing this location for a year now, and on every visit I always see at least one item in the meat or seafood aisle without a "best before" date. See the attached photo. Many times I had to blindly buy chicken breast without knowing whether it's past the expiration date. This can't be legal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have quite a few handicap parking stalls. Doors are automatic to get in and they usually have the big doors open for easier access. Natural food section is good. Got what I needed and prices are OK. Good sale prices on some of the stuff I like to buy. If you have a saveonfoods card you get deals plus points. Cashier quite friendly and a person working on the floor was awesome. I called the day before and they did go the extra mile. They also have a deli, bakery, pharmacy, bulk food section, flower shop, meat dept, Indian foods and take out foods. Frozen section offers a lot of choices - from regular products to No Sugar added ice cream, vegetarian items and Gluten Free. Prices on a lot of items are good. Clean, organized and isles are clear. Nice store!

We absolutely love our new Save on Foods in the Meadows - there kabob special 2$ each and sausage happy hour are our favourites - you’ve got to get there early if you want your favs the Souvlaki chicken and pork kabobs are the best flavour we’ve found so far - a must try! And freeze well don’t forget to buy some titziki sauce too!
We will be back every week ???
Feb16/21 They are a hot ticket item it seems lately and can be rather tricky to get the ones you want - I hope they can try and make more of the boneless chicken souvlaki since it’s so popular and sells out so fast ( they often have more made up on trays in the back so if you don’t see them in display case just ask attendant if there are more in the back - sometimes they make more up too - so if you don’t mind waiting a bit ( they are so worth the wait ) ??

He worked the till.People today are so stressed out .Yet,he NOT only struck up a conversation but went out of his way to make me very comfortable.As I suffer from anxiety .He was like he could read my face n HE was EXCELLENT .HE HAS BEEN WITH YOU 3 YRS, THIS YEAR!!!YOU ARE TRULY BLESSED TO HAVE HIM.DEFINATELY WOULD MAKE A GREAT TEAM PLAYER N MANAGER ONE DAY THATS FOR SURE....THANK YOU ZACHARY FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤ ? !!!!!
