★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked in the visitor spot for 15 mins and got a ticket. I tried the register but the website woudnt let me. The friend i was visting talked to the manager but he said he coudnt do anything about the ticket. I was planning on moving here so they lost a potential customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived here for three years. The people are nice and friendly ... But there is No sense of community! Don't hang a valentine on your door.... You will get an email from miss personality herself. The management company has some serious control issues. If you make a complaint , they will tell the person that you complained. This causes problems amongst neighbours. Also... "Joanne, has a rotten attitude. Just snarly and miserable when you send an email.
The parking patrol is very random... Some people can park in visitors forever ... Others get a ticket right as way.
Nice building and nice people... But never again will I buy in a building managed by progressive management. They seem to forget , that grown adults own these condos.... Adults that deserve some respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a nice building filled with nice people. I overheard a conversation in the hallway between two residents where they were one-upping one another over their recent participation in charities and volunteer fire departments.
What a wonderful place, it's like a slice of lemon meringue pie, where the top is fluffy and appealing, and the inside is a gooey mess of deliciousness. Is this an apt description? No. But the building is also next to a Save On where you can get lemon pie day and night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No ethics in the people working. Worst management ever seen in Edmonton. Park your car for 10 min just to deliver food, by the time you come back, you will get a ticket of 75$. I believe they have hired someone just to give tickets and get a way of earning money from people. That's how the building looks beautiful. And the management is very very rude. I would never buy anything in the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This complex is Horrible. Yes you get a parking ticket after 10 minutes which is Ridiculous. There’s garbage and junk always around the garage bins! Yes they clean the halls or try to, but there’s stains on hall carpets and walls need paint. No one seems to care who lives their. The management gets back to you whenever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever go to the place. I had to come to help my parents overnight due to a medical emergency and registered my car in the parking. They towed away my car in the morning and the towers took it to somewhere out of the city.
Come on guyz, that's a good way to loot some money out of people. That's the attitude you guyz are leaving on the customers.
The management is super rude when you ask them, anything. It's like I think when they hire people, they want a person who don't have basic sense and ethics. Trust me, they don't know what is the meaning of respect for others.
I have been visiting my friends before COVID and other places would just park the car to the next streets. Even if you cannot do and you feel like doing lots of work in that ,call the apartment owner. When someone registers car, they put building number and apartment number (just for information if these people don't know or their minds cannot think of that). If you are sending the car out of city somewhere, you should know that the towing company would take a lot. Why not just give owners a call or calling a towing company inside the city.
The condition of that towing company was not even good. That was like a hell. Come on paying 250$ to go to place like that. I would love to pay 300$ for going to a better place with a better condition. That's what you think is the standard of people visiting at your place. I am never ever in my life gonna buy anything here in this building because the treatment is really worst.
