★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am tenant in tamarack gardens, I have been living here for around 2 years. I have seen a lot of good changes happening in the last six month. New Manager Sanil is so helpful and approachable. Even the new maintenance guy is doing a great. Before we used to wait for months to get something done, but now maintenance request get done fast. I would definitely suggest this building to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived in this building for three years. Convenient location and spacious apartments. Very rare issues with rodents or bug infestations. This 5 star review is for the building manager Sanil. He was very helpful, and more then fair in all the situations that arose with my unit. He is professional and when emergencies arose, dealt with them in a timely manner. As long as Sanil is the manager, I’d consider living at this location again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are nice, and spacious, the in suite laundry, and A/C are definitely a plus. Location is excellent, you can walk to almost any type of store you can think of. However, the walls , and floor, are incredibly thin, so noise is a constant issue. The building is a family building, but in the 2 1/2 years I lived there, I found them constantly renting 2 bedroom suites out to 3-6 adults, who were either night shift workers, partiers, or both. You will not get peace and quiet, you will lose sleep. Constant problems with people hooting, hollering, and blasting their stereos all through the night. Also, rent increased $100 dollars every time I renewed my lease, which is insane, the building has never been full, the housing market/economy hasn't recovered, it's just blatant gouge. The manager is somewhat responsive, but only if you call, texts/emails will be ignored. The tenants are terrible, leave trash all over, along with shopping carts, and usually dump their wrecked furniture all over the dumpsters when they leave. Enjoy wading through a sea of junk mail in the lobby, as no one appears to be strong enough to carry it to their recycling bins, assuming the mouth-breathers have a recycling bin. If you're a noisy slob, and like to party, welcome home, if you're like me, and like to have some pride in where you live, and get 8 hours of decent sleep, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lived at this building for the last two years, and while the rent is too high for me as a single person to continue to live there, I had to leave a review primarily for the current property manager Sanil. He has been a great manager, with great communication, any requests to fix things were addressed quickly and efficiently, he’s very responsive and also cares about the tenants! That’s rare these days. The only thing I would personally like to see improved is the cleanliness of each floor but mainly the staircases...which really is about residents keeping the area clean. It’s a great family community with great residents! I’ve had no issues living here. Great work Sanil!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New site manager Amber is incompetent and does not know what she is doing, it’s impossible to get a hold of her and takes her weeks to call tenants back. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the previous manager Sanil was amazing, very responsive and helpful. Due to the new changes in management I will not be renewing my lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in this apartment for a year unfortunately the other tenants are very dirty and leave their garbage in the hallways and at the front door. I also have an allergy to mold which I’m sure is in the apartments because I wake up with swollen eyes every single morning. They raise the rent but yet can’t even shovel the walkways or plough the parking lot which is caked in ice and very dangerous. If the rent was lower and match the quality of the apartment and the caretaking of it I would consider stain but as of now the quality does not match .

The units are quite large and the AC and in-suite laundry is a huge bonus too. The site manager was very friendly and answered all of my many questions. I am very excited to call this place home!
