G17 Apartments at Tamarack - Deveraux Apartment Communities

Leasing office staff are very rude , No empathy for residents, my printer was not working so I went to ask just print one label for me , consultant started saying why don’t you have own printer, wen I said I have ordered my ink it’s on way , than she started saying you should get it from Walmart . If the printer is only for office use , why don’t you guys keep one printer for residents who are in emergency for printing for something. Iam staying from 5years in other apts but never happened with me. They were very polite and used to get prints. Totally upset for what has happened.

We moved in close to the end of 2021 in a 2 bedroom.Heres what I can say so far. Cons: -You pay for everything except water, rent is already pricey.They ran out of surface stalls so we were forced to get underground or park at the cinema next to the complex(little tip front office mentioned).Theres 3 of us if we got above ground thats $60 each. -Little visitor parking, usually always full or people double parking so friends and family end up parking at the Landmark and walking over. - A lot of miscommunication between the office staff and their superiors.We had a handful of interactions with Janice which weren’t great. - Dogs are off leash and running around the parking lot and hallways.This is a hazard with cars going in and out.We have our own pet and wouldn't want anything to happen. - Walls are thin.You hear everything down the halls.Its not that people are being noisy its the materials used in the building.You can hear people coughing in the next unit, or phone alerts. - Loud train near the complex going at different times throughout the night. Pros: - Maintenance staff are friendly -Good amount of shopping close by

G17 is my first apartment experience, and both my Dog & I are feeling well taken care of and spoiled. There are fun things to do nearby, and everything you need is within walking distance. My dog & I are enjoying walking around the Fulton marsh wetland, which gives us 2kms of natural scenery to enjoy. My dog & I are also well taken care of and spoiled by the pet-friendly substrate and free dog-doo stations that are around, and the wide-open dog run that is being constructed & finished, so if we don't want to walk around the wetland, we can enjoy the mini-parks they have here. The gym and the community center are cool. (I hope to celebrate my birthday there and play with the foosball table) I can't wait to swim in the outdoor community pool in the summer. I hope our landlord(s) build a community garden; I was excited by the prospect of it in the tenant survey ( so, dearest landlords, if you see this: pretty please with cherries and whipped cream on top?). I enjoy my G17 Routine. In the morning, I walk to Starbucks and get my coffee. If I need anything, there are dozens of stores around for anything I need, all within 600 meters of home. It feels like a big city living with country views. I also like that if I need to go anywhere in the city, I'm right beside the ring road, so everything is within 20-30 mins. As for customer care: Enrique, Halmar, Byran, Marianne & Janice are kind, skilled people to make your life here cozy. What few issues I did have when first moving in, they were dedicated to making things work and had answers to all my questions. I appreciated how much effort they have made to make my first apartment experience memorable. The maintenance staff are always busy clearing snow, fixing things, keeping our garbage areas clean, etc. All in all, I would say that this is an amazing place. Everything is brand new, modern, shiny, and fancy. It even smells like freshly baked cookies in the hall because the maintenance cleaning ladies take pride in doing a good job and adding finishing touches. I don't have their names, but they're always around, mopping, dusting, vacuuming. I'm really happy to be here. :)

The units and buildings themselves are amazing, and the amenities plenty and incredible to have access to. However, my favorite thing to say about G17 are the staff and the service I have received despite the curveballs I've tasked them with, both the maintenance team and the rental office staff are incredible to deal with, especially Marianne, who is very personable and excellent at providing the best of service!

Been here over a year. The building was excellent when we first moved in but has since been on a steady decline. Food and puke in hallways,(I have photos) lots of people don't pickup after their dogs, no security for the amenities(anyone can walk into the pool and basketball court, we were told this would be changed last summer but still no changes) We were also muscled into paying an extra 30 bucks a month for bike storage. Told that bikes couldn't be stored on balconies but if you take a strol through the complex it tells a different story. LOTS of "miscommunication". It's too bad because we take pride in the place we call home. Unfortunately alot of the residents at devereaux don't share that respect.

We have made our home at Deveraux Tamarack for a month now. The Management team has exceeded my expectations for friendly and helpful service. I specifically want to applaud Marianne and Brian for their kind assistance. The online application process a tad daunting for this senior, however Marianne was ever so helpful and was immediately available to assist me on more than one occasion. Brian took me for my walk thru and made sure our door buzzer worked, making extra trips to the main floor. We came across Brian while looking for the recycle room. Not only did he give direction, he even offered to take our recycle boxes for us. We declined his kind offer, but were amazed and grateful for his friendly, kind offer. The Deveraux team are clearly committed to a high standard of customer service. The property is modern and well maintained. I am relieved to witness how clean the main areas are kept and we will be proud to invite guests over. We look forward to summer to visit the pool and outdoor area. We hope to make this our forever home and so far Deveraux and their professional team have exceeded our high expectations. Our only negative experience has been with Istall, who ignored my 3 pleading emails for assistance. Again, Marianne came to my rescue and had me sorted. She is your gem, Deveraux!!

The team at Tamarack including Marianne are all so incredibly kind. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the level of service they are able to provide residents. I would highly recommend this building complex to anyone new to Edmonton or currently living in the area. Most importantly they have well maintained gym and swimming pool amenities and outdoor seating plus everyday mopping cleaning and snow removing in timely manner which makes significant difference to enhance the beatification of apartment. At last in near by area one can found everything for day to day living Walmart superstore and Restaurants and gardens as well. So I am highly recommended and satisfied for the services and amenities which provide by them.??

When looking for an apartment, I viewed many locations. When I found the G17Apartments in Tamarack, I knew that I had found the right place. Irene and Brandy along with the management made me feel like I was home. They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were taken care at each step of the process. At the end stages, Brandy took the experience to the next level and was able to make an additional request happen and always made her self available to be contacted for any questions. When an organization has employees that take customer service seriously, that is what a strong foundation is built upon for any successful organization. I highly recommend G17 Apartments. Their amenities and how you are treated will make you feel respected and like family.
