★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exterior of building is well maintained, interior floors and common areas rarely get cleaned, once a month or longer, would be a more comfortable stay if they contracted the interior cleaning to someone who did the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark and Erin are both so great to deal with! Very accommodating to any concerns or last minute requests you might have! Apartments are spacious and modern with beautiful view. So many amenities close by. Tenants are also nice and friendly, definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for peaceful living. You can't go wrong with SORA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny place but feels simply rather homely, I like it. Even has its mini balcony out onto the parking lot. Good place to share rent or even start out with a new family .There are underground garages as as well. I would definitely start here if I needed to move out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment building is great but so is there costumer disservice. Moreover, prices are too high, unless you really try to negotiate for a promotion. However, the promotion expires after a year and then your rent goes up to the roof. That place is such a money pit. They expected me to pay $1550 for a 928 square feet unit. This does not necessarily include the pet fee, the parking lot and the storage room. Those are add-ons. Luckily, we got to buy a brand new house and pay way less monthly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average apartment with average amenities. Is it really worth to pay 1450$ for a view of a fence or a parking lot? Up to you...Pet fees are ridiculous. There is only one way in and out of the neighborhood so if the train goes by or it's rush hour you are going to be stuck in traffic for a while. There are better options in the area for the same price or less.
