Real Canadian Superstore

I had an unfortunate situation at the store a few days ago - it’s a long story but in a nutshell I asked multiple times for help in the store to find a wheelchair as I am disabled and was in a lot of pain that day and had 2 ice packs bandaged around my knee - I asked for assistance finding the 3 items I needed as I was struggling to walk the aisles not finding what I needed - what should have been a quick 10 min thing turned in to over an hour on my feet walking and using the floor and pallets to sit on to take breaks - I was also told several times to go find the wheelchair somewhere in the store - all the many staff I asked for help from wouldn’t help - I paid and asked for help to my car and no one would - I made it to the front doors and had to sit so I asked the security guard to get up off bench so I could sit - he refused at first to help first telling me to call 911 for help - I was crying at this point and hollering loudly asking for someone to please call someone to help me carry my bags to my car - eventually the security guard helped saying it’s not his job he doesn’t work for the store - he’s Intelligarde - I left my name and number with Managment asking for a call back and finally got to speak to the GM today - she was very helpful and kind, empathetic to the situation and has assured me that’s not how they do things and that they are in the business of customer service and the problem will be addressed - I’m very hopeful that they will rectify this so that no one else has to go through what I went through on Saturday - which is physically and emotionally still affecting me today 3 days later - From, A very humiliated regular customer, who’s shopped at Loblaws/superstores since I was a small child in the 70’s in Ontario and will continue shopping there As I love PC products and prices ♥️??and I am pretty confident this was an isolated incident and won’t happen again Thank you Leslie, for taking the time to talk today?

Lots of everything, great place for grocery shopping. It's my preferred choice. Staff are super nice and always helpful

This is my local Superstore, right now they are doing some renovations so the isles are quite mixed up. The customer service has always been great here, from the stockers to the cashiers. The building itself feels dated and bland, it almost feels institutional.

Rotten produce very high prices. I notice very few items on sale. Store is now dirty. They let things slide over the past couple years. Floors are very dirty and garbage in the parking lot. Time to improve or close.

I had a slip and fall and superstore is saying that they’re not at fault? Based on the photos taken (they won’t load up for some reason), I’m really concerned with the safety and accountability. I spent $3500 for my business in that store last year and you would think they’d be able to afford a more acceptable entrance maintenance for the safety of all of us. The whole process with them was sloppy...please look after your patrons.

I don't go very often because it's always busy. My last visit was excellent. Great prices on the staples and the meat Dept was very competitive. The cashier was very friendly.

weekend sales mostly I felt like selling excess and bulk items which is closer to expire. Most of the prices areniver priced almost double comparing to other days . Very poor grocery and deli services. more staffs at customer service and billing area and Ira often hard to find staff at aisle to clarify any doubts or cocnerns.

I lost my phone and some kind soul turned it in too costumer service. I was very grateful. I enjoy all the tills being open during weekend peak hours. Prices are fair and competitive.
