★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered trex decking in store. Tried to find out where my order was for 2 weeks no one could help and never got back to me. Finally after 3 weeks of purchase date was told it was discontinued. Then asked for a different color in same line of decking they told me it was $7000 more. They would not honor original price. Had to drive 1.5 hours to get refund. Brutal customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Kitchen design doesn’t even know how to speak properly. Saying “oh my god” to a customer over the phone. Reeta it is not my fault you do not have proper knowledge. When a company does renovations we must make other cabinets work with your products. I am taking my business elsewhere and myself and team will never buy another product from Home Depot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to return a chainsaw at the white mud store that I bought 2 weeks ago because it was defective and I wanted to upgrade models. They refused because it looked like it was older than 2 weeks. Didn’t honour the custom satisfaction guarantee or the guarantee on the box. Never going back to that store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diy project, Home Depot is great for a fix at anything. The staff is also very helpful. I put in a storm door over the summer and fixed up a few other things around the house with the staffs suggestions and help. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is close to my home. I frequently go to this store. I am a dedicated customer for many years. Usually my experience is very positive and never had any issues. Today I went to rent tamper.
Tool rental department is severely understaffed, there was only one attendant in the counter and six customers were waiting.
You can see the frustration and delay. It got to the point that I was about to leave without renting tool. Finally I as attended almost 25 minutes. Please hire more people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan and Jen at the paint department are AMAZING! 11/10 in customer service and knowledge. I have dealt with Dan quite a few times for my ongoing DIY projects at home and he is super knowledgeable. Not only that, he is charismatic, friendly, and excellent at his job. I will always come back to this store because of Dan and Jen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went shopping for garden things, planters, flowers etc. The prices were do-able. The selection of flowers weren't the best. Friendly staff but knowledge of products wasn't the best, had to talk to multiple staff to get answers. All in all not a horrible experience. The management should find a better system for the staff members that help load up vehicles with materials. I bought 16 bags of cement and the guys hand bombed them all. 60 lbs each. There's got to be a better way. As I said the staff were friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today to purchase WEIMAN Glass Stove Top cleaning kit... I don't exactly live close to any Home Depot but was near this one so stopped in to grab it since I move provinces tomorrow. Opened the box about 2 hours later & EVERYTHING but the red cleaning sponge is missing!!!!! $10+ spend for a $.50 cent sponge & I don't have time to run back into town. I guess opening boxes & taking what you want is pretty easy in this store since the box I purchased still had the circle "seal" sticker on it
