I have nothing negative to say about Sherwin Williams. I have always bought my paint & stains at there store. Only place I will go to get paint.

I am confident in my painting projects because I trust the quality of their paints. I seem to always learn something new when I leave this store - they have great pro tips they love to share! I will never buy paint anywhere else!

I went to pick it up today, (Tuesday) after ordering and being told by the person on the phone that it would be ready the same day, only to be told they don't have a record of my order. I showed him my credit card charge so he went back in the store and came back with my order. He said it wasn't in the computer but was in the store. Not a great experience.

They both came out from the back, one asked if we needed help, and told us the choices were at the front. The shelves were almost empty - so how do we make a choice?? End of conversation. That's the worst customer service we have ever received from this place. We have been going to this store for more than 20 years (when it was previously owned). Why would we give this store our business after the way we were treated.
