★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a family pack today and it was scrumptious!! diddly doo it really hit the spot. The service was spot on as well!! The girl that took my order, she had brown hair with curtain bangs and brownish glasses was so nice and obviously knew how to do her job, she got people in and out quickly and they seemed to be pleased as well. I’ve ordered here on multiple occasions and the staff are just so lovely. I had a conversation with the hostess as I was waiting and again, they are all so nice. It was a very busy day of course as it’s a holiday, but people never seemed to be waiting a while. The girl with the black hair in a braid and fake eyelashes brought out my order was also so polite!! 10/10 service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience EVER had to wait over 1.5 hours for my food that cost me 75 bucks driver arrives missing half my order i call to complain had to wait another hour to get the rest of my order and its stone cold terrible terrible business with this manager!!!!?? I want my money back of credit for my full order!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two times in the last week, we ordered online. Confirmation says your order will be ready and waiting at the pick up counter at "specified time". It does not say it may not be ready or due to high volumes could be later. Both occasions we waited over 20 minutes to receive the food. And to our disappointment food is cool, no chocolates given with the festive meal. Spoke to the manager, he apologized and said they have over 70 orders waiting to be filled. While I am happy for your overwhelming number of orders, I am one person whom you have lost business to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not so much for other reviewers to know but rather the management of the Swiss Chalet located at 1427 King St. in Courtice ON. Although, I was pleased with the customer service of the servers, I was very disappointed with the quality of the entrée. Though I received exactly what I ordered, the food tasted very dry & like it was microwaved. I pictured the ribs and wings just sitting there waiting to be thrown out but I came in to rescue the garbage from receiving such waste. I am deeply saddened by this as I am a regular patron of Swiss Chalet at another location. I will not return to the Courtice ON location again. And if I do, it will be to see if there's any improvement with the food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We gave it a few more chances but have decided to stop ordering there.
They make mistakes, don't fix them or they fix them but you have to drive back to get it and now people eat at different times or some people eat cold food. Last time they gave us 3 out of 4 wrong drinks. When I told an employee, she blamed the Uber app and didn't offer to fix it. Also, the green bean and side fries order portion is so small lately. We're just done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I will give this place 5 stars. The waitress was super friendly and courteous. The food was actually fresh. The chicken was "fall off the Bone" kind of thing. Fries were hot and fresh. Mixed vegetables was delicious also. Overall it was a great experience and we will see returning to this particular location! Thanks everyone!!
