I had an appointment today for my daughter and i guess someone just forgot to call me and tell me dr pang isn’t even in the office today and my appointment was rescheduled. Without me even knowing.. called me right as I was about to leave and come all the way there. As an appointment coordinator myself, this is super unprofessional and I wasn’t even accommodated I had to go with the next appointment they had. I got up early and got my baby ready for nothing. Very frustrating and uncalled for. I’ve never had a problem until now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible experience here. Nurses and doctors are snooty and judgmental and rude and their ultrasound clinic called me to book an appointment and when i arrived for my appointment the lady was extremely nasty in telling me that i apparently did not have an appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the walk-in clinic on Thursday with what I believe is strep throat, no other symptoms other than sore throat. Receptionists told me I can’t be there with “covid symptoms” and I need to come back when I have a negative covid test. Sure enough I tested negative and came back the next day with my test and the she said that the test is irrelevant and I might still have covid so they can’t help me. (This is the same woman I talked to the day before) She then referred me to another clinic who “WILL accept patients with covid symptoms” and when I showed up it turned out to be a senior care clinic (55 years and up). I’m 22 years old so I was unable to get any help. It should be illegal to have incompetent people like this working anywhere in the healthcare industry, literally putting people’s health and lives at risk... meanwhile the government is out here talking about they’re doing this for our safety and health. If it was up to me I would burn that place to the ground! Thanks for nothing! I’m glad i pay taxes, I’M REALLY GETTING MY MONEYS WORTH!
P.S this is the list of symptoms they said you can’t have if you want to see a doctor; runny nose, sore throat, cough, swollen tonsils, headache, nausea, diarrhea, sore muscles, sinus infection, strep throat, sneezing, itchy eyes, chest pain, and trouble breathing. These are all symptoms of covid and covid only! So if you have any of those just stay home and pray you don’t die! You’re not worth their time! ??

The office assistant that registered us was really nice.
However, the experience with the doctor was horrible.
Go somewhere else for care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people at urgent care clinic are complete thieves. Just trying to make money off you at every possible opportunity. Took my mother here for treatment who is visiting. First time two times i paid $57 for each visit. The third time they called us only to tell us that we are referring you to a specialist and charged us $89 for the visit and when i asked the lady said it’s a different doctor this time. If anyone is trying to waste there hard earned moeny, I would recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sitting here waiting, even though I was waiting for 45 minutes in my car. Currently waiting for the clerk to finish his lunch break which might just be me but its pretty unprofessional when clients are directing others where to go. How in the world is there no one covering, the healthcare system is so broken its unreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rolled my ankle on a Saturday night and showed up at the clinic first thing Monday morning. I was first in line and didn't have to wait long at all. I was sent for an x-ray right away and was able to get a doctor to look at them almost immediately. I've broken my foot before and spent an entire day in emergency but I was in an out of this clinic in less than an hour and half. All the staff were very kind and friendly. One of the best experience I've had for Urgent Care. Thank you to everyone there for your hard work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy, not well laid out for new people or those waiting for urgent care. People all over shoulder to shoulder. I was healthy walking in, then 3.5 hours waiting surrounded closely by sick people, I left and tested positive 3 days later. Should be able to take a number or something, and leave to come back when it's your turn. And wait time was outrageous. Slowest walk in I've ever been to.
