★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was at 1pm. Stood in line behind two other people being processed for 7-10 minutes. When I got to the desk she asked me if I could wait. Not thinking anything I politely waited for 1-2 minutes. By the time the receptionist came back back it was 1:12 pm. She than tells me I am 15 minutes late. She proceeds to go to the back and comes back out at 1:13 pm and states the technician can not see you today as she is done at 2 pm. So basically the math is not adding up here and clearly I’m upset. I waited one month to date for this appointment and that is the way I was treated. I’m not going to lie I was a couple minutes late. However as a business owner myself I would never treat a client this way period! Thankfully I know someone in the industry and ended up getting an appointment at another clinic the next day. I don’t think I will ever visit this clinic again!
