L	Lucy Allgreen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dental office! I kid you not they almost always have appointments available any day of the week and you don't have to wait months to see the dentist. I went in as a new customer and the receptionists were very helpful and kind, they got me in the same week! Dr. Kirby no longer works there but he was the one who did my cavities and is the most gentle Dentist I've ever been too, its a shame he is gone. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone!

I had my braces done here and also my wisdom teeth removed. All of my experiences have been great in this office. They are very kind and friendly at their reception area. Their office manager Kathleen always remembers my name when i come in for my appointment. The last dentist I saw there was Dr. Kirby and he was excellent and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth! Kathleen, Kate, Charlie and crew have been nothing but amazing over the years! Whether I need a cleaning or have to visit for emergencies, I've been able to rely on the fact that they have the right people, in the right place to help! Keep up the great work guys, you have been nothing but short of amazing.

He truly made the removal of 4 teeth as pleasant an experience as it possibly could be. I dont hope that I will need more teeth removed in the near future but if I do I know who I am going to call.

Their service has always been amazing and the staff have always been kind and accommodating. Dr. Bell especially deserves a kudos for making each visit, dare I say it, fun. As someone with anxiety he has always makes me feel comfortable during any procedure and takes the time to explain what is being done and why. Whenever anyone is looking for a dental office I always recommend this one!

g	gibson steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't leave a zero stars . I had an appointment for 3 and a half months to have a tooth pulled and check an abcess tooth . First time there . I got a call the day before to confirm my appointment and my wife's for 3 pm on the Saturday . At that time I was informed that they didn't have a dentist to help me . I told them there was no use me coming in with no dentist to remove my tooth . I dropped my wife off on Saturday at 2:50pm for her appointment for a cleaning . Only to have her call me from the pharmacy to pick her up as the dentist office was closed . When my wife phoned on the Monday she was told that I had canceled her appointment . Even though I dropped her off for her appointment. It's very sad that they cancel an appointment and then don't own up to their mistakes , but blame their customers . I will never go there now even though it was supposed to be my first time . They have a sign outside for new patients , but don't know how to treat new patients well .
C	Caroline G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most incompetent dental office I have ever seen. Upon coming in for an appointment, which I was contacted to come in one hour earlier. I was asked to “get out of the dental chair because another patient arrived”. And to add to the ignorance, submitting my dental pre determination or dental estimate electronically, when on the actual print out stated please mail do not submit electronically. Three times my estimate was submitted electronically. Apparently, no staff member at this office can read. My dental claim was submitted the exact same way. Electronically. So, sadly I was not reimbursed by my insurance company. And now I receive phone calls from Linda advising me to pay the out standing balance of 28.45, interest is accumulating. Yet. I’m out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Well. If you can’t do your part, I won’t do mine. A dental office who has been in business for twenty years still posting signs welcoming new patients, states they can not keep their exciting patients.
