About Southwood Dental Mill Woods
Dr. Jordana Tarrabain joined the Southwood Dental team in 2017 She graduated from the University of Alberta with her Bachelor of Sciences followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2017 from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in London, Ontario. Being an Edmontonian, Jordana knew she wanted to return to her hometown to practice dentistry. Since graduation she has practiced in the Edmonton area finding a home at Southwood Dental.
Dr. Tarrabain enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is committed to the highest level of patient care. Her kindness and knowledge will make her patients feel relaxed and enjoy visiting the dental office. Dr. Tarrabain loves working with children. She is a member of the Alberta Dental Association and College and the Canadian Dental Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Tarrabain enjoys spending time with family and friends. When she’s not in the office, you can find her at yoga or boxing classes around the city. She keeps busy with her dog Ernie the Min-Pin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist and staff are excellent. DR JYOT KAUR made me feel at ease. I was recommended to go to a specialist by another dentist which would have cost me a lot more as I had low coverage. DR JYOT KAUR did my Root canal finished the procedure in one sitting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely amazing experience at Southwood Dental with Dr Jyot Kaur. She is a wonderful dentist. She handled everything with such care! Honestly, I was a little scared before my procedure as I was getting a RCT for the first time and I was told that the roots of my tooth were calcified. What normally would have been a referral to a specialist and costed me 3-4 grand. At least, ended up being treated by Dr Jyot Kaur and saving me a fortune to pay. I strongly recommend that you go to Dr jyot and you'll see yourself the amazing doctor she is!

This past weekend I broke a tooth and they were able to respond very quickly and fix me in less than 24 hours despite the injury occurring late on Sunday night. Thank you for all that you do!
