I attended One Love One Dream with my bridal party after I hadn't had a great experience at another bridal shop. I had Shelly as my consultant and she was fabulous. She was patient and did everything to find the perfect dress for me. I said yes to the dre. Thank you shelly for all you did and making it a great experience.

I was very upset by how my friend was treated at this store this weekend. I had travelled from out of town to go shopping for a dress to wear to my son's wedding and my friend from Courtice had told me that One Love had a wonderful selection of mother-of-the-groom type dresses available in my size and that I should check out what they have on my way home. Sadly, they will not be getting my business because of how they treated her. One of the employees abruptly and rudely asked her to leave the store because she didn't have an appointment. I find this totally unacceptable, especially for a shop that prides itself on treating its customers with respect.

I was so nervous going to try on wedding dresses for the first time and chose One Love One Dream Bridal based on their reviews. From the moment I stepped in the door, Allison was amazing. She had already pulled dresses based on the styles I liked and we immediately got to it. She was so kind and warm. Her energy is contagious and my appointment was a dream. She was so helpful getting you in and out of the dresses and provided so much education on the colours, styles, etc that would be flattering to your body type. I honestly couldn’t say enough nice things about this bridal salon. After finding my dress, I returned and purchased my bridesmaid dresses from there a week later. Today I picked up my dress and I was in tears with how beautiful it was. Even though I had already ordered my dress, they were so helpful finding a veil and showing me different things I may like. The bridesmaid dresses were delayed due to Covid and Janet went above and beyond to ensure she was checking in with me each week and even offered to drop my dresses off for alternations!! I can’t thank them enough and they hands down are the best at what they do. Thank you again xo.

The team at One Love One Dream was phenomenal to work with! Shelley assisted with 10 bridesmaid dresses. She was patient, kind and easy to work with. Alison assisted with the MOB and MOG dresses, in addition to, managing my group. She has been super responsive, very informative and simply amazing throughout this process. Their customer service is fabulous and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit this store. They are very organized and handle your group with care, to add, super accommodating! Seeing as we had multiple visits being a large group, we walked out with a smile - beyond satisfied every time. Thank you so much OLOD! You ladies are truly what a bride and her squad needs while going through this experience! :)

Always a pleasure when walking into this Bridal Salon. Past trips were gifts for newly engaged and newly married couples along with bridal showers and even custom pieces (they have a great selection). On this trip we purchased the Mother of the Bride gown along with the Grandma to the Bride pant-suit and accessories. So many selections to choose from, Janet and Alison made the entire experience pleasant, easy and above all stress-free. I called in ahead of time to book an appointment and gave them insight on what we were looking for. They had a couple of options ready and waiting for our visit. Grandma was so pleased with the choice they presented her she didn't want to look at anything else once she tried it on (and she's VERY picky with her clothing so this speaks volumes). Accessories were also suggested for her outfit and were just perfect. As for me, I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for (mother of the bride gown). After a few details later Janet presented me with the prettiest and most comfortable gown EVER!. I was sooo comfy all day and night, didn't want to take it off actually ! The day before the wedding a few items were forgotten from the list and panic "could" have sat in, instead a quick call to Janet and within the hour I am walking out of the salon with items in hand and crisis averted ! Thank you Janet and Alison for always being the best go-to Bridal Salon and for the last minute help ensuring we were all set for our daughters' most special day. Whenever I've called asking for suggestions or your input you always steer me in the right direction. To all reading this, a visit to One Love One Dream is a must-visit for all things wedding (men - ladies - accessories - bridal shower - gifts and more). Look no further.

I wanted to share what an exceptional experience we had shopping for her prom dress. Highly recommend ask for Nicole her patience, compassion and knowledge on styles for your body shape along with how to add accessories. We love the private change rooms each appointment has their private change room which is so nice you don’t have the uncomfortable experience coming out and comparing yourself to other girls in dresses. The prices in the store are very reasonable and so worth it compared to common retail stores. Book your appointment today you will not regret it.

Booked an appointment to look for a First Communion dress for my daughter. While the selection wasn’t huge, there were some very pretty dresses and my daughter found one she was very happy with. When we got the dress home though, we noticed that a lot of the beading had come off one sleeve. I was honestly not expecting to get anywhere with the store when I called to complain seeing as they have a take it as it is policy. However, I was very pleased when they told me to bring the dress back and they’d have it fixed for me. The dress was fixed really well and you’d never have known anything had ever been wrong. My daughter looked fantastic in her outfit and I was very impressed by the store’s willingness to make things right.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with One Love One Dream and Julie, in particular. They had an amazing selection, very size inclusive. Julie went above and beyond during our time together. She made the entire experience comfortable and she was so thoughtful with her suggestions and feedback. You could tell that she genuinely cared to help me find the perfect dress. She even went and pulled a specific dress for me that she felt I would like, based on what I was liking - which ended up being the one I said ‘yes’ to! Thank you, Julie and team!
