Sent me a text message with a link to book the test right after our call. When I got there, it honestly took about 10 minutes to be in and out of the place. Staff was prompt to answer questions and were just amazing. Price is also less expensive compared to getting test at Shoppers. Test results came back next day. I will 100% be coming back in the future and thoroughly recommend this place.

The whole process took minutes. Mr. Kandoriya was very kind, informed and knowledgeable and took the time to ask us all relevant information, like flight time and destination. He also took the time to verify our destination requirements just to be safe, no one else does this. Looking at the review previous to mine, I can understand that mistakes can be made however from my experience they made very sure of the time stamp. The results from our test were also provided just over 24 hrs from our test which gave us so much relief. The whole process was just effortless and obtaining the document is equally as easy. On top of all this, their price for the test is well below any other location. I would strongly recommend to get your PCR test here.

Her fever was extremely high so we desperately needed to see her doctor but needed a negative test first. It has now been over a week and we never got her results. I checked the government website multiple times a day for a week. I contacted the pharmacy and they rudely told me they couldn't help me. I then called Telehealth, Durham Public Health and my family doctor - nobody could help me and nobody had the results. Taking a sick child to get a Covid test is not fun to begin with, but not getting the results is absolutely unacceptable. I advise everyone to avoid this pharmacy and I'm hoping to take this issue further. Extremely upsetting and frustrating.

To them it's just an error and response is that 'we will help out by correcting the time' they don't realize that the whole point of the PCR test is to document the exact time. They don't realize that correcting means they are tampering a legal document. They don't care if your travel plans get messed up because of their mistake. Very arrogant attitude. Be aware and stay clear of them at least for the PCR test. They should be reported to the public health for tampering the time of collection. They aren't cheap..there are much cheaper options between $80~100. These pharmacy charges $140 + tax
