★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pointless calling in to ask a question about medication. I had the prescription and medication and just needed to know if I had the right medication. No idea why this was such a complicated situation... I had to explain this to them three times. I get that my medication wasn't from their location but it was from a Medicine Shoppe from another location. Forget that, they then tell me they can't tell me over the phone because it's a "liability" issue... what? What kind of qualified pharmacist can't answer whether the what I have on a prescription is the medication I have in front of me...? It's literally a yes or no question. Anyways, because they couldn't answer the question, I called Shoppers Drug Mart and within two minutes, the pharmacist not only knew what I was referring to but also stated that what I was given by the pharmacy was a generic brand- hence why the names didn't match up. Definitely would not recommend this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to other pharmacies like Shoppers next door and let me tell you all that this is one of the best pharmacy I have been to in ages. Everyone from admin staff to pharmacists is very helpful. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable. The pharmacist recommended me a generic brand which Shoppers would never do. Shoppers would always hand me the most expensive stuff they got. I would recommend this pharmacy at personal level even better than Costco..Keep up the good work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Mr. Tariq is very helpful and a knowledgeable pharmacist. There have been many times when he has helped me to choose the right medication which would have otherwise caused me health issues. They are very quick with their service . The other pharmacist are also very courteous and helpful. They also provide Flu shots and travel shots too.
At present they allow only a minimum number of people to enter the pharmacy and every one has to wear a face mask. The chair seating is spaced out as per Covid19 precautionary measures. I feel safer coming here . They also have a Medical clinic on one side of the pharmacy. The Doctors, nurses and receptionists were very helpful and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love the pharmacy and how convenient it is. In the past 8 months the customer service has gone down. Every time I call or go in, I get treated like I’m in an inconvenience. I understand it can be busy but, most of the time they don’t let me finish my sentence and then they hang up abruptly over the phone after answering what they believe is my question. Even though I’m consistently there and my mom as well. We have been questioned MULTIPLE times if we even have insurance… we just get refills.

They always take the time to talk with me about each of my medications and if I have any questions or concerns they are always willing to help! They also deliver my meds every week! Thank you for making me feel valued and taking time for me! Amazing customer service! Very clean inside! Very knowledgeable! Very friendly! Appreciate all you guys do!
