There is no where mentioned online or outside the clinic that they don’t accept walk-ins, I waited half an hour before I went in and receptionist started blaming me for just walking in. I had my negative COVID test done before I went there. Dr. Amrinder is very nice but I am never going back there.

Very very RUDE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dr. Farooq Iqbal is a good doctor but for the clinic everything is related to COVID! They refuse to see one year old child giving reason of COVID and scheduled a phone call after 4 days! PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING THERE.

Very bad experience with you today i called to make a appointment she just told me no any doctor available to next two days and disconnect.

M	Marie Khan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Singh is a wonderful doctor, I use to have a fear of going to medical appointments but he is very easy to talk to and very thorough. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is because the older lady at reception who usually answers the phone is very rude. Any time I call my experience is rushed and she is unpleasant to deal with. She needs to take a crash course in customer service because she doesn't know how to treat people kindly. When someone calls for a medical appointment they are probably already worried and anxious, having to deal with her just makes the experience worse. She hands-down gets R.S.D.'s stamp of approval for Worst Person Ever. Grumpy aunty needs to retire. ?

The Lady Doctor Dr. Hina Ahad was very knowledgeable and most importantly courteous which was a very pleasant surprise . She was very patient and willing to listen carefully before making a decision. . The clinic is very clean, bright and pleasant. They follow the COVID protocol. There is ample Free parking space available in front of the Clinic. I was happy with my first visit.

They show care and concern even for the smallest issue they are fantastic with children The doctors are very patient and show genuine care about your health. And the doctors are willing to sit with you and explain everything so that you completely understand what they’re saying. I never feel rushed and I feel that they actually care not just about my medical issues but me as a person.

Highly recommend this clinic. Also I'm seeing alot of negative reviews regarding the receptionists. I've never had any issues they've always been kind. And at the end of the day you are booking an appointment not making a friend. They'll get the job done in helping you if you're also kind enough ✌?
