★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are breach of privacy issues. If you call them they will disclose all your personal credentials to whomever is on the other line. They are suppose to ask and client verified from their end. They do it the other way which can result in loss of of personal info and fraud. I’m addition people in the waiting area can also hear the results of the conversation which includes name address date of birth and other personal info. I have tried complaining multiple times but they seem to not understand what they are doing wrong. I have confirmed with OICP and the ethics of conduct that they cannot verify info like that. I am about one step away from actually filing a report. I hope they listen to the clients before I file the report and try to change the way they actually are working. We need to protect our info these days more so than ever and this disregard for peoples info is illegal.
The doctor is thorough and friendly. The receptionist comes off nice at first but is confrontational when you ask her how much longer and be WARNED when she says over 1 hour wait, actually means 3 hours. Max 4 patients waiting and they are all waiting for hours each. It’s no wonder they want to make healthcare a private industry in AB. At this rate people will be begging for AI to take over these reception jobs.

I had to get a form filled out by them and they said it'd be a $200 fee. They did not tell me until I got there that it had to be in CASH.
It is icey out and I am on crutches. I had to leave to get cash and get back.
The worst part is the receptionist tried to pick a fight with me. She literally antagonized me. I was walking away on my crutches and she tried to yell at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciate my family doctor, but the waiting on the phone every single time I need to reach them is absurdly long!
Sometimes it takes more tham 15 min to someone answer, and to just say: Can I put you on hold,please!? That’s really bad customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yeung and Dr. Ziyani are fabulous. Anka is lovely and always has been a wonderful medical clerk when I've needed help booking an appointment or had questions. ALL the ladies are polite, kind, and doing a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor leaves whenever they want and the front office staff is trash at best. If the doctor leaves at 230 you aren't open till 4 pm your open till 230. Since no one can obtain proper medical care after the doctor leaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Pharmaceutical area in the clinic is the best place. The Pharmacist is very caring to all her patients. She has called me to see if I am okay with new medication.I never wait long for my medical. Great people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have my family doctor with them yet, but I have a meet and greet for a new doctor starting there, the nearest appointment for that was over 6 months away but as someone who has been searching for a family doctor since I moved to Edmonton, that's about the average, especially if you are like me and wanted a doctor close to home. That being said I have gone there as a walk in and have gotten in relatively quickly and they even managed to facilitate me seeing a specialist and getting a minor surgery for a biopsy I needed, and they did this during the pandemic.
They even followed up with me afterwards separate from the follow up from the facility that performed the surgery, and again this was from being a walk in patient, so I felt very cared for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great, I've seen a handful of the family physicians here and they are all exceptional. The front staff will help you as quickly and efficiently as they can. There can be wait times, as expected if you are a walk-in patient. It's nice to see a place that truly takes care of their patients, even though they are busy, they still take the time to provide you with care.
