★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and professional service by Larissa and Kara. Very pleased with the results of Parker's head shape from 6.8 to 2.1 in about 5-6 months. Would highly recommend anyone in the severe (and probably moderate as well) category to get a helmet for their baby, no second thought.

I recommend anyone looking to assess their child's headshape to book an appointment. It is easy especially because you don't need a referral.

I would recommend this route for anyone who is concerned with the head shape of their child. It can seem a bit scary at first, but it was the best experience we could have had and improved my daughters flat head!

Going through a medical procedure with a baby can be stressful but the ladies at the Rokband clinic made every step comfortable and calm. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in feeling anxious about our son’s head shape and looking for more information. We initially felt leery about going to a private clinic as we assumed there might be pushy salesmanship but private was the only option available at the time. Instead our experience was the opposite of our reservations. When we came in for the initial free measurement we were given several options including a second free measurement 4 weeks later to assess whether self correcting was happening on its own, as our son was not an extreme case. With our second consultation we were delighted that progression was happening naturally and felt reassured that our son’s head was coming back into relative symmetry and a helmet wouldn’t be necessary. The guidance we received was both objective and compassionate. They truly cared what was best for our child.
We were very pleased with our experience even though we didn’t end up going the helmet route. Thank you Rokband Clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing to deal with! Kara, Larissa, and Lucy all took the time to explain everything to me, and made sure I had no questions or concerns. They were always quick to answer emails, and they took the time to get to know my family. We truly felt like we weren’t just another number or patient, they really care about us and the kids. My son being done with his ROKBand is bittersweet because I’m happy his head is fixed but sad we won’t see the girls anymore! Highly highly recommend them

We have dealt with Kara for both visits and she was very knowledgeable and professional. She was not pushy at all and gave us some great tips to ultimately keep us from needing to get a helmet! I would highly recommend anyone with a baby to go see them for a free assessment. 10/10.

Kara and Larissa were always so kind and helpful- made us feel so comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough! If you’re having any doubts- please know that the young women have your families best interests at heart; and you won’t regret it! And… how cute do they look with a helmet?!
