Re: Lido Faverzani post below. I'm a Board Member and Past President of the condo where he has his suites. Our experience with Skyline Properties has been stellar. Unfortunately they have to deal with constant harassment from this individual, who has been uncooperative and combative regarding the issue he brings up. It's not fair. They do a great job, and don't deserve to have to deal with this individual.

Updated Review 2021 June 15: I have not received answer via email by the new building manager Randy for emails sent since March and April. I was never quoted $200 for plumbing service in my unit or asked to OK paying for services I never was told I would have to pay for. Before I had many problems of plumbing in my three units and I was never charged for them ( I have emails I exchange with older building managers to prove). Now without proving me any quote to rewire a zone valve wired from 1969 when the building was built they charged me by surprise $200. I talked to a consumer lawyer over the phone for 30min free and the consumer act is clear: “Under the Consumer Protection Act of Alberta, a service provider agreement (SPA) is an agreement between two participating service providers regarding the processes necessary to supply a point of delivery. The Service provider (Skyline or Ridge) has to provide a quote of service prior to commence work and also receive authorization from the customer/client for charges before any work/service can be provided.”. Then Randy did not let me know if the condo board was going to kindly forgive this charge due to the lack of clear communication from Skyline to me of who would have to pay for the plumbing. Skyline also lost one of my cheques in the Capilano parking lot in Dec 2020 and didn’t tell me. A secretary of a Dr.’s office near by mailed me the cheque. I asked for clarification from Skyline via email twice and never heard back either. Skyline picked up my last cheques late which were deposited in the office slot of the building before the first day of each month. Now they are charging me for late fees. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. Whoever is processing my payments is not considering I deposited my cheques BEFORE the first day of the month and still after they picked up the cheques late they charged me late fees. Then Skyline has charged me interest since April for my surprise without clear communication. I haven’t heard receive replies from Randy. I was told over the phone many times: as soon as the cheque is mailed or deposited before the 1st day of the month I won’t need to pay for late charges. That’s not how they are proceeding. Different talk from their actions. I don’t recommend Skyline!!! Updated Review 2020 Sep 1. Dana Blackwell told me off by email today to cease reporting the neighbour from unit #8 who has FAILED to comply with COVID-19 guidelines after my complaint and who harassed me TWICE in the last 2 weeks for reporting him to landlord and management. Edmonton Police told me to report to management and landlord of any red flags the “rental neighbour” produces that cause me harm. Dana, are you sure you are on the right side of the force? NEW review August 2019: Ami has been the building manager of the condominium I reside. I’m also a member of the board since 2014. Ami has done great work to help fix my damaged condo. She’s kind and responsive. I was frustrated and angry in the past. And now things have improved a lot. Everybody deserves a chance to improve and evolve, and Ami has showed me that. I’m happy with the services provided before the flood event and now. Thank you Ami! OLD review Feb 2019: My condo flooded last Feb 2018. Seang does NOT give me a solution or an action plan and keeps rolling dices. Hired someone who was incapable of fixing my suite. She doesn’t reply to my emails or calls in a reasonable time since November. She and her team don’t know how to assess if their sub contractors are knowledgable enough to fix a property. As a project mngr I needed to explain to her a few times what was wrong so she could be convinced of the mistakes. Since mid November Seang still has no action plan or solution to give me. Her actions clearly show my 11 months flooded condo is NOT a priority for her. I’ve been paying mortgage, condo fees, and power since. That’s not her pocket that’s bleeding. That’s so disrespectful. NOT recommended. Shop around and make all sorts of questions before hiring building mgmt services.

Our condo building has been with Skyline Property Management for about one year and that was a great experience so far. Our manager is responsive, efficient and professional. She made it so much easier to be a board member in our condo.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the fast effective service provided by Skyline Property Management! The unit I was selling had a plumbing leak in the wall. We let Skyline know and they had the plumber out to fix it the next day, and the drywall repaired and repainted shortly thereafter. I am incredibly critical of property management companies, who seem to be unresponsive. BUT WOW! I am SO impressed with this company! (Great with communication too!) Def. recommended!!

Skyline manages a building of which I previously owned a unit in..I was on the Condo Board and found Justin and his team to be very efficient and excellent to work with. A real test came when I was selling the unit. There was some confusion over paperwork and timing of the final document requirements. Elaine went far beyond what could ever be expected from an employee by contacting the lawyers involved with the sale and negotiating the acceptance of these required documents. A great team and I hope I get to work with them again in the future! Mike Koshelek

I rented with Skyline for 7 months, it was definitely a great experience and you get to know your neighbors aswell! Great people! Amazing staff, and affordable suits! Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere to live! Did I mention there's no Pet fees ?! Best part ever ! (If you have a cat, the suits have window ledges, so Kitty can lay and watch the hipsters walk by) like I said, I highly recommend if you're looking for a place to live.
