★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is starting to get old. Many suits have been renovated but the building itself is severely outdated. The building is very loud and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in other suits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife lived here and loved it. Her & her mom were renting out a 3 bedroom balcony suite and on floor 14. My wife said that there was a small fire contained to a suite on the 4th floor years ago. Other than that kid and pet friendly. Very clean, great staff, suites are awesome sized. Great view on floor 14 :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing bad to say about the staff thats running this facility lived at this location 20 years and they have always takin care of any issues I may of had in a timely fashion .
If your looking for a clean secure Home this is it .
10/10 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First lived here for a couple of months back in 1991. Came back in 2018 and just signed my third consecutive lease. Good management, some great tenants who care for each other and the building. Not always the cleanest and there have been some bug issues (some tenants don't care for the building as much as others) but overall a good and comfy place to live.

Update April 25, 2022 The service is perfect they fix your heating windows and plumbing on time they fixed my heat I still like the temperature gauge and I plan here to live here 10 more years

I would recommend living here, it's a quiet neighborhood. Plus lots of amenities around.
