★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall cleanliness wasn’t apparent, seems tools are the same ones used for every client, no Covid protocols, mask enforcement, sanitization, the tools she used sat in a tray on the floor etc... There doesn’t seem to be much thought put into the customer experience, spa water was cold, no music played so the salon was complete silence besides the very loud massage chair and ticking clock. Midway through the pedicure I had to switch from the massage chair to a swivelling, rolling office chair, walk on the ground bare foot and then had to rest my foot on the manicurists’ thigh for her to paint because there was no foot rest. Manicurist wiped excess gel polish on her pants, it was evident she had no training. Overall very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience, I would not recommend or return.
