I've been going to Marsha for over 25 years now and I've told her she's never allowed to retire! Lol! I moved to BC several years ago but since I regularly travel to Edmonton for business, Marsha has a client for life in me! She's very knowledgeable, professional and experienced yet personable and compassionate. She created all my toppers, matched my exact colours and texture. The fit is always perfect and the quality is outstanding! Her pricing is very affordable for such brilliant quality. Thank you, Marsha!

Just had the best experience here! My daughter and I both wanted our hair done and Marsha was so accommodating to us both. She listened to what we wanted and definitely delivered! She was a total professional from start to finish and so funny! She has years of experience and is so talented. I had asked to see some before and afters of her work and was really impressed by her abilitites! Will definitely be back and recommend her service to my friends and family!

This business uses misleading representation and very deceptive marketing practices!!! I booked an appointment on line with this lady (Marsha) to see what type of products she carries. Few days later she called and confirmed the appointment and she mentioned that she charges $65 consultation fee. I explained what I was looking for and asked for a price range of her service and product so that I get an idea if I would be interested in spending the time and if it is worth paying the consultation fee. She insisted that I should come in and I will get a better idea after a detailed consultation and after a presentation of the options she has to offer. The day before the appointment I visited few other similar shops and was impressed with the amount of time they allocated to present their products, options and services without charging any "consultation fees". I then called Marsha and left a message mentioning that and that no one charged any "consultation fee". She called back and insisted that I should go in person and see how her work is so "unique" that nobody else in town does what she does. As she kept going on and on about her "unique-ness" and how she has a mortgage to pay (?!?), I aggreged to come by and find out what she can offer. The long story is that I only spent 5 minutes in her shop!! She showed me a very poor quality sample and after asking again for a price range, she blew me away with a $3000 price range for a hair topper. I told her that it is at least 3 to 4 times more than the price ranges from the other similar shops and immediately told her that I don't want to go ahead with any consultation and will walk away. She then asked that I pay the $65, practically just because I walked into her shop inquiring. I refused to pay and as I was on my way to go out, she run ahead of me and locked the front door. She then started stomping her feet with the intention of alerting someone from the basement, I assume, at which point it actually got pretty frightening. I strongly asked her to move away and let me out. She finally opened the door and run out to write down my license plate. After that I was able to leave that house relived to finally drive away. That was one spooky experience to say the least, and I DO NOT recommend her business!!!
