Had the worst haircut in my life, DO NOT come here if you have curly hair, i came in and showed the Indian lady who was working, a pic of a guy with a curly hairstyle id like to have similar to, and to just clean up my out of control curls when she was done i looked like bert from bert and ernie, a haircut like short haired lesbians get, embarrassed to go anywhere in public i complained to manager who at first thought my hair is not like the guys in pic but after working on it changed her tune, she had a little experience with curly hair but seemed hippy dippy excusing her workers actions as being human and making mistakes, not only this SHE BURNED MY EAR, below is a pic of skin torn from my ear, Do not come here if you value your hair I will never step foot in a great clips ever again, it is not great and should be named AWFUL CLIPS I still stand by what i said to the manager in getting a refund or them covering hair rejuvination cream that i had to buy from shoppers, retrain staff im sure people would rather workers who dont know how to work with curly hair be up front and honest instead of working on it with 0 skill and giving the client a paint brush head cut.

Good place..but very pricey for haircut

Was about a 3 minute drive away from here and called in advance to have my son's hair cut for my birthday dinner and the lady said there was no one there at the time so she said come on down. When we got there she told us sorry there's two others in front of you and I can't do it today. The 2 others looked like her parents and had hair so short I don't understand what she had to cut that would take so long so we left and won't be back again .

I came in for a haircut and was very disappointing with the results my hair is very very choppy it was not styled properly I let the girl know the management called me within the day and offered me a wash and set auto wash and set will not take the haircut away most awful his haircut ever had in my whole dang life

Hairdresser was sniffling the whole time and her mask kept falling down over her nose. Not what you want to see during COVID. She also was not wearing her mask when I entered and just put it on as she walked towards me. Didn’t ask me if I wanted my hair thinned (I didn’t) and just started doing it. Now I’m just praying that I don’t get sick.

I worked at this location I am writing this as I sit in the emergency room blood pressure so high because the owner of this salon refuses to pay me, I have begged her all day today to send my paycheque so I can buy my heart and bp meds but she ignores my calls. I worked only one day, and got sick, with covid so prevalent I chose to stay home, when I felt better 5 days later I contacted her and told her I was ready to work the upcoming week which she replied she filled all positions, yet on indeed there's brand new Postings for help wanted. This is not how business owners should be doing business during covid. Would she rather I went to work, infected people and had contact tracing trace back to her salon? I'm now also facing eviction and will be living in my vehicle because this woman does not care about anything but herself. She was rude and ignorant from day one with me, sending texts yelling at me to send my direct deposit info and asking me if I even want this job because I didn't jump and ask how high when she barked! I doubt I will even see any pay from this tyrant, this is how she treats employees, I beg of you to stop allowing her the ability to do so by supporting her salon. I called great clips head office, they said they had no power over what she does! She's only the franchisee. Great clips is a horrendously terrible company! I'm licensed 30 years with red seal and have managed salons, this is NOT how to run a successful salon, not how you treat employees especially when we are all feeling the pinch with The pandemic. As of writing, it's 4pm and no pay. She doesn't even pay her employees. Please don't support this place!!!!!

I went there simply because I had a coupon and my wife didn’t have time to cut my hair herself. The quality was poor; my wife does a way better job and she isn’t even a trained hairdresser. I ended up just having my wife clean it up when I got home. They sides were super choppy almost like they needed new clippers or something. Also, the girl was impossible to talk to. At most hairdressers it is easy to keep a conversation going and normally they are the ones that instigate it. I couldn’t even keep a convo going with this girl. I will not be going back.
