I got cut, my nails are not all filled and there filed weirdly ending with odd bad shape. All she got right was the color. I felt like I was going to leave with what i had not imagined and that felt wrong. Love this place.. just wrong person.

AND.... all my favourite nail techs were still there, ?? This is my second visit in the past mo th and I know it will be a routine. The staff are very talented and efficient without rushing.... I love my mani's and pedicures. They have a great section of colours and do both gel and regular colours... Mani / pedi combo with finger polish is probably one of the best deals around. NO appointment necessary, walk in a d enjoy.. Extremely clean and covid conscious... Masks are a must...
D	Danielle Hillier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this a zero star if possible. I went in to get some gel tips removed and was charged way more than what other salons charge. A price of $31.50 for the removal and a clear coat seems excessive. My nails are also wrecked because the girl did not properly removed them. I have bruised nails and they are badly damaged due to the removal. Poor service and way overpriced. I recommend avoiding this place!!
Z	Zain Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is alright. The lady who fixed my nails was nice, with a hint of dark humor. The price for nails here are about $56 with small decorations added. It takes about an hour or longer to complete the process. I think it is an okay store really. Also did I mention that the lady introduced me to the hot and cold nail polish, that changes color when hot, and switches to another color when cold. That was cool.

The only constraint I had was I had some questions I wanted to ask however I did not feel comfortable asking as the primary focus appeared to be on finishing my nails. Customer service felt cordial but distant.

The lady who removed my gel nails was eating her lunch at the nail table and did not sanitize it, she also used her dirty napkin to “wipe” the desk before beginning my removal. I had asked her to file my nails off as that is the proper removal process and she declined saying that it’s wrong and told me to do it myself at home then- and continued using an acrylic nail tip and her own nails trying to peel my nail off. Afterwards she grabbed the wrong gel colour to paint my nails. I had told her this is not the colour I had picked and she literally argued with me about it. At the end of my service I asked to speak with a manager and this lady proceeded to deny even knowing her manager & got her co worker to come assist her in verbally assaulting me. They ganged up on me like a pack of wild animals, mocking me and denying their horrible services. I will never step foot in here again! Ever.
