Fairly disappointed with their ability to handle issues, not only from not responding to phone calls and complaints, but also "not receiving emails". They've finally decided to handle the pest problem which was reported in March (before and after they took over) and are still extremely disorganized and unhelpful (from not having keys to units to providing incorrect prep information). I took care of the pest issue with my own funds this summer and am now having to deal with a (5th) mandatory treatment to my unit. While I understand that some tenants may not have complied as requested, penalizing those who have spent months asking for help and had to take care of the issue themselves is poor business practice.

Very professional and comes through in a very very timely manner .. There are some elderly owners whom have resided here for 45 yrs.A few of us have communicated on their behalf ..and we always feel heard....

Last year I had a problem with my window not shutting & getting ahold of my property manger was next to impossible. When I finally did, I never got a follow up. Thankfully I fixed it myself but still, not even a call back? This same problem happened to me last week. I called our new property manager (Laura Lindbeck) expecting another run around, but WOW! Not only was Laura an absolute pleasure to deal with over the phone, but without hesitation she had someone come and fix my window. I don’t normally write reviews & if I do they tend not to be good ones but I must say Corbec Management really hit the jack pot hiring Laura. Would highly recommend dealing with Corbec if you ever get the chance.

She is professional and follows through with her word. Wayne was more than helpful on moving day. I have rented from many people and they have made the process so easy. I definitely recommend them if you want a quality management group!

They took over from a what will be called a disreputable management company and they hit the ground running resolving all of my concerns very quickly. To the point that they didn't need to hear from me at all until it was time to sign a new lease. To me, that's the sign of a great management company. They manage the property in such a way that what needs to be done is handled right the first time. A note to owners: If Corbec Management brings you something as a recommendation or they want to place a work order with you, I strongly recommend that you listen to them. They look at the big picture and that benefits everyone, but mainly it benefits you as the owner since it's your property after all.

Mary-Jo was just wonderful from the day I met her to view the place right through to today when I had make some arrangements for an alternate day to pay rent for next month. Corinna in the accounting department is so pleasant to communicate with all the time too. Lovely ladies and so professional and experienced while also lending a considerate and friendly tone to the company. That's what a landlord should be! They're also great about getting repairs done asap. The furnace was making some odd noise not long ago and CorBec had someone out within 48 hours to get it fixed up, even though heating season wasn't really applicable any more for this part of the year. Now that's taking care of tenants! Can't say enough good things about this company. And would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking to rent or have their properties managed. Having worked in property management myself I know what it is like and CorBec does a stellar job!
