Doctor Elfourtia was a fantastic doctor who took the time to listen and is a compassionate person . I hope to find another doctor like him and I hope he returns soon. The staff are fantastic too .

I was given a new physician by the name of Dr. Hilderbrand. I was impressed that I didn't need to wait too long when I booked an appointment. Dr.Hilderbrand met me with a kind smile and understood my circumstance. I was surprised that I didn't need to further explain my situation as I notified the receptionist before booking for an appointment. I received the care that I requested and got treated with kindness, thanks so much Dr.Hilderbrand.

The One star is being nice. Not only did they have my fiancé & I wait 1.5 hrs to actually see the doctor (this happened numerous appointments to the both of us); But then for the doctor(Julia Hildebrand) to get mad at me for: 1) asking for a prescription refill for my inhaler 2) to be referred to a specialist for constant headaches and pains that I have been suffering from due to a MVA And 3) for a referral to a paediatrician for my children, for she clearly isn’t qualified to deal with young children Hildebrand not only argued with me about the referral (saying I look fine and that I don’t need to see a specialist)/ tried to refuse me access to actual medical assistance, but also called me multiple unnecessary names in the process. I tried contacting the office after the visit to get the “Doctors” practice ID for she IS BEING REPORTED TO THE PHYSICIANS BOARD…But the office blocked my number. I did not know a family doctors can “discharge” you as a patient through a referral note. Pretty sure that has to be verbally spoken to the patient, so that the patient knows to find a new (competent) doctor. Or at least do the bare minimum & refer the patient to another family doctor (especially while in the middle of treatment) Then to have to wait & argue for 30+ minutes for a note to be revised (for insurance purposes) is seriously absurd. The attitude from the receptionist was completely unnecessary, especially since I was the one waiting 2 + hours for the whole process to be completed. Lastly when my fiancé went in the “doctor”, she couldn’t even distinguish the hurt/cut & swollen finger that he came into the clinic with. There is a clear cut on it and it is clear to competent eyes what finger was swollen. Thankfully she referred him to someone who actually knows what to do. Tatyana. You know my contact information.

Since doctor Thomas has left it's been pretty bad. They absolutely refused to tell me where doctor Thomas has moved to even though they are legally obligated. I guess they are just trying to keep all of his patients.I have had this new doctor prescribe me literally a 1/4 of what I was getting before and is well aware of my chronic pain. So be careful because even though they're nice and smile to your face they are not there to help. But rather play god. I shouldn't have to take anymore urine and/or blood tests .

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Hildebrand! She is caring and empathetic, and truly seemed like she understood my pain and my medical issues. Looking forward to continuing care with her. The MOAs were also lovely and polite. Thank you!

This place is ridiculous. They’ve canceled appointments on me last minute and I have never had an appointment where I waited less than 45 minutes (that’s a good day). Twice I had late appointments and was told “I’m sorry but the doctor won’t be able to see you today.” - after waiting over an hour. Not caring both times I had to leave work early to make the appointment. I gave it two stars cause the front people were decent enough. Honestly do yourself a favor and find a better clinic. If this is all you can find or have to cause of travel limitations - I feel bad for you.

Our family doctor that we adored retired and we were referred to Dr. Hildebrand. I was worried about having to change doctors but after meeting her all concerns were gone. She is kind and caring, her office is calm, and her staff are lovely. I am so grateful to have her as our family doctor.

Dr. Hildebrand is exceptional. I've had a few appointments with her and she truly takes the time to ensure all of my needs are met. I'm happy to have found such a caring and competent physician. I've been telling all of my friends what a great place this is to go. Between the pharmacist who goes out of her way to check up on me, the amazing front staff, and Dr. Hildebrand, I couldn't be any happier. Sometimes there are wait times for appointments, but that's what I expect when there is a good physician providing complete care to their patients. Thanks for always taking care of me!
