G	Grace Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic experience! I was purchasing a dress for a last minute elopement, so I needed to walk out with a dress needing no alteration that day. Delaney was an incredible consultant to work with, she made me feel like I was her most important appointment of the day even though I only had a very small budget. As a street size 14, I’ve been treated poorly by consultants at other stores in the past, and Delaney made myself and my fiancé feel very welcome. She made the focus on how the dress made me feel and what positives there were about each dress. She also gave honest but kind feedback about the dresses and never phrased it that I didn’t look good in a dress, but that a certain aspect of a dress just wasn’t made right for me! I ended up walking out with an incredible dress, under budget, and feeling beautiful. Thanks Delaney!

She made my moms day when she complimented her shoes. Just really great customer service. They had a lovely array of dresses to suit all budgets. Highly recommended!
J	Janet Hodge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Val was a real gem to work with. Once everyone was introduced she didn’t have to be told anyones name again, that was impressive and very personable. She had picked out about 6 dresses for the Bride and we had time to look at the dress and examine fully. When she was put on THE DRESS we enjoyed the moment. As there were two dresses that were very nice, we had her try them both on again. That time there was no doubt. The bell ceremony was beautiful. The only really upsetting was one stylist kept coming over to put her two cents into the appointment, but at one point we basically told her we didn’t want her opinions. She didn’t come back over after that. The bridesmaids dresses were very easy as Val pulled dresses in each girls size or bigger and we clipped them so we could see which one suited them all. The appoints went off without a hitch and was enjoyed by all. Thank you Val you are a real Gem to David’s Bridal, and I enjoyed the time spent with you.

And having a selection of dresses available to try on in plus sizes is great! Most bridal stores only have a few styles I. Larger sizes or won’t give a plus size individual the time of day, but not David’s! Highly recommend!

We were early to our appointment so we were told to look for the outfits my mom liked. We did that while we waited for our stylist to get in - keep in mind our appointment was only for 30 minutes so we wanted to use as much time as we could with her. Our appointment time came around and no one came and got us and we kept waiting and waiting until I finally asked where our stylist was. The ladies I asked were extremely rude to me and ignored me. I finally had to get a little mad to get someone to find our stylist. She finally came 15 minutes after our scheduled time and had no idea what sizes were in the store - she asked my mom what size she was and my mom is a little unsure so she grabbed what she thought. Well the stylist was like "that's too big" and took it away without even letting her try it on. She never checked on us and never even asked my mom what she was looking for. We ended up walking out and I don't even think the stylist knew we left because she could care less that we were there. When you book an appointment you would think you would get the service and attention that you want for those 30 minutes and we did not get that. She made my mom feel like a bother and we will not be back. Completely horrified at the way we were treated and I feel like you guys should know how you treated my mom who is just as important as a bride in my eyes. Horrible!!

I booked an appointment, cause I wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly and fast. My mother and I were helped by Jodi, and she was wonderful, gave me tips about hair, style and what type of bra I should wear with my choice of dress. Definitely experienced, and knew what she was talking about. Put the dress on hold for me since I had other places to see before making my final decision. I ended up going back because I couldn't find anything near what I wanted in the budget I had with any other places. I ended up booking another appointment for my bridesmaids and flower girl a few days later, and I got different associate who was very lovely and helped us in every way needed. All my bridesmaids found a dress for such and amazing price. And my flower girl found the most adorable dress and shoes for such a bargain! Definitely reccomend this place.

We went in for a fitting and decided to look for the mother of the grooms dress, didn't think we would buy anything but Tania was so amazingly convincing that she managed to convince my mother in law to get what she loved. She has spent months looking and 20 minutes with Tania and we were sold on our choice! When I purchased my wedding gown Sarah was an absolute peach of a help! Her accent made it that much better to look around because it was so beautiful to listen to her voice. She had so many wonderful suggestions but made me feel so comfortable in the choices I made! Davids bridal is an amazing store to go for a personable experience! Love love love the girls there.
