★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have switched from Rogers. Technician who came for installation was great and explain me things very well. Problem I have with the sales team. They signed me up for things which I do not even need when I placed my order. They signed me up for “Residential Whole Home CPE” for $20 every month. When technician came he told me the Modem and eero router comes free with the internet plan and for any additional eero pod I use I need to pay $5 for every pod. Even technician is confused about that $20 whole home CPE plan. When I tried to reach out to sales billing team they say we do not know talk to billing team and when I try to talk to billing team they ask me to talk to the sales team as they originally sold me that product. I was talking to Alyssa who originally sold me the product and when I ask her this question she has no clue and keep telling me let me find out and I will get back to you and she never did. I would appreciate if telMax management to looked into this. If you want your customer base to grow first thing you need do have is the transparency and customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to our neighbourhood and ripped up everyone’s lawns over the winter, instead of replacing the holes with dirt they decided that sand and rocks was a good idea… my front lawn is filled with sand and rock.. grass does not grow in sand.. how do you cut a lawn with rocks everywhere? Never in a million years would I subscribe to their service after how they left our neighbourhood.

I was a bit skeptical at first . All My fears were laid to rest by Excellent Team of Lisa and Antonio.
Lisa was great in understanding and arranging everything within a couple days.
Antonio came to install and setup .
Can't praise Antonio enough. Gentleman was very professional, courteously above sll knowledgeable. He did everything perfectly. ME sure everything was done perfectly and was working and I was satisfied. He did not rush anything. . Love the speed and the price of the service too
I am extremely satisfied and happy. Thank you Lisa & Antonio.
