Great experience. My dog was very happy after her grooming session with a clean hair cut. Definitely recommend!

We been here 3 times. The first two times it was great. The 3rd time however the young girl who took care of our dogs used a product that caused a rash on one of my dogs and the other has very dry skin now. The hair cut was not low as requested. Not sure if the girl was new. But we won’t be coming back. Note that the other two times it was great the owner was the one who took care of the dogs those times. This review is based on the last experience with the young girl who handles both dogs.

Thank you Melissa and Nav. Once again you did a wonderful job on Copper. Such a welcoming place to take your pet for grooming. They listen to your concerns and treat your pet like their own. I live in Oshawa but it is worth the drive to Brooklin.

Took my dog Dakota to Furrendly Clips for the first time and what a great experience. Loved her hair cut by Lucy, and the staff was so friendly and kind. Will definitely be going back ❤️

Everyone is so super friendly, you feel at ease when you drop off your dog. My pup, loves the ladies too!! Always a great experience here!! Definitely would recommend!!

After taking our puppy here four times we have made the decision to no longer use Furrendly clips services. The first two appointments here were great as they had a very accommodating puppy cut for our new pup to get used to the grooming experience. As our pup got a little older he got a little more hyper (as most puppies do). Our third visit with the groomer was a very shocking experience. We asked them to go a little shorter as the weather was getting warmer but when we came to pick him up he was completely shaved down (they blamed this on his hyper energy). At the time this wasn’t a big deal until our finial visit with Furrendly Clips. Prior to our finial visit we found out that our pup have very severe allergies to a lot of common ingredients in dog food/treats. When we arrived to our appointment we let them know he was a little hyper this day and let them know he had a few mats under his stomach. They acknowledged this and said they were going to give him treats to calm him down. We immediately told them not to do this due to his allergies. When we picked him they completely shaved him down to the skin and looked very irritated. At this point we were unhappy with his looks but they explained it had to be done due to the mats he had under his stomach. The week following his appointment we noticed our dog showing signs that he was having some sort of allergy attack. So we decided to take him to the vet. I’m summary we are now $300.00 down in vet bills. Our vet advices us never to go back to this groomer due to the lack of care and knowledge they have. Our pup has and eye infection in both eyes, a minor ear infection due to to irritation, is suffering from a severe allergy attack due to the groomers not listening to his allergy needs, and they have cut his wiskers which if they had any knowledge of grooming they would know this is a big no no (our vet also advised us that this is very wrong as a dogs wiskers are a very important part of their body). Myself and my family are extremely upset and frustrated with Furrendly clips services and extreme lack of care/knowledge. I would never recommend they’re grooming services to anyone.

This place is AMAZING! I took my dog here to get his nails trimmed. I was really nervous because he can be a very difficult dog (and he’s big, 80lbs). They came out and took my dog right away. He was in the back for maybe 2 min and came back out happy as ever!! They said he wasn’t difficult and I was so happy and relieved!! They also have to cutest store front with many healthy options for your pup! 10/10 recommend! Will be bringing my pup back for sure!!

I don’t trust my dogs with anyone else. This husband/wife team have become part of my family. They are so patient with my grumpier older beagle who has back issues and hates his nails getting trimmed. They always cared about my golden doodle who sadly passed away too young and now care for my puppy—a tiny sheepadoodle. I take my mothers two boys here as well. We could have easily chosen a groomer closer to our home, but instead drive the half hour to know they are in good hands. The location has ample parking and is very clean. You couldn’t ask for two nicer people.
