★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Pugs love this place and all the staff in it not to mention all their wonderful dog friends. The open concept is great with a spacious yard split for the bigger dogs and smallies. We have sent them here for daycare and boarding and everytime we drop them off or pick them up they are so excited and this is not a reaction we ever got at our old daycare/kennel! Second pup has such a homely feel with couches and blankets everywhere, it helps them so much when they are away from home. We love seeing the daily updates in FB and IG. The pictures of them playing with their new friends and the staff are priceless and the big smiles are just adorable. They are treated like family and get loads of cuddles and kisses. The staff also take the time to find out our dogs quirky habits and notice things like Pedro likes to eat kibble from the ground and Brownie doesn't tolerate heat well or find her way to the water bowls and loves belly rubs, it's great to hear this kind of feedback. We are so happy to have found a place like this for our Pugs. We travel frequently and were always worried about them missing us and being miserable but not anymore, I think last time they had more fun than we had, ice cream and all LOL.
On price, I would say this place is worth every penny and as for cleanliness, I have no complaints whatsoever. This place was recommended to me by many friends and I will continue to recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using their services periodically for 3 years. My two dogs love this place and lose their minds en route. I have nothing but positive things to say about the service provided. They (staff) are so respectful and polite. They seem to love the animals and care for them. I recommend this place highly and tell my friends and colleagues to use their service. I also love to see the photos they upload throughout the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 pups are in the dog day plus where there is structured play and help in training them. I noticed a difference in them after the first day. Their impulse control is stronger and they don’t jump up as much. Also they love it there and get exercise. I am very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I registered Oreo for the Play Day series at Second Pup to make up for the lack of canine stimulation as a result of Covid and its various restrictions. Both Oreo and I are thrilled with the Play Days he's had at Second Pup! The staff is uber friendly and obviously love working with dogs. At the end of the day, Oreo is pleasantly tired and relaxed. Thank you Second Pup!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for an amazing, safe , caring , loving , fun place to bring your pup - bring your dog here . We have been bringing our dog Moose here since he was a puppy ( he is 3) all the staff are INCREDIBLY kind , supportive and caring . They will work with your dog and bring things to your attention if they feel your dog needs assistance in an area . We have brought Moose here for boarding and have felt super comfortable doing so knowing our whole world was in wonderful hands . He has had his nails cut here as well - always outstanding services from this place. We trust second pup completely !! Amazing team , and an amazing yard for dogs to run off that extra energy with friends . BRING YOUR DOG HERE !!!

Has responded quickly and made sure my questions were answered. I like the atmosphere and that they have options for daycare that allow for a first time anxious dog not to be overwhelmed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and they treat your pet like family. Our dog was so tired when he came home, he slept for the whole night. Our dog is pretty anxious and the staff were fantastic about making sure that he got to choose his own pace at which to interact with everyone. We will definitely be going back for a long time!
