Buying a home is the biggest decision I ever made in my life. Tye (my boyfriend) & I was in the middle of viewing houses with another realtor. We're both not happy with the services we got . We both decided to find someone local as we are looking for houses in Oshawa Area. Was asking around & I mentioned to my colleague that I'm looking for a good realtor to work with. We have 2 realtors recommended to us & both are telling us they are good but Brad is exceptional, he was highly recommended with my colleague. I told Tye to go with Brad I never knew this guy but I said his highly recommended. We both agreed to go with Brad. Right away, I keep in touched with him & gave him ideas what kind of house we are looking & our price range. He sent us emails of houses & we also gave Brad lists of houses we wanna view. Tye & I was amazed how fast Brad booked us for viewing within a short noticed. Brad is very patient wit us & professional to work with. I've worked with other realtor in the past but Brad has no comparison. He's amazing, really good in what he does & very knowledgeable. We are the living proof how diligent Brad work, he has your best interest. Tye & I felt we are working with a close friend. He made us feel comfortable. We never felt pressured. He would never let you feel that you're wasting his time even sometimes we view houses out of our price range?. I can never forget he told us "Even we bid 10 times he said he will be happy & smiling facing us." Where do u get that? ONLY with Brad Goetz. He will find you home no pressure at all. I felt we are in good hands with Brad. Tye & I went to a bumpy road before we closed our house. Brad never left us. Above & beyond he did his best to help us. He's always there for us & gave us assistance. Tye & I are both lucky we know Brad Goetz, trustworthy, man with honour. We finally moved- in into our new home now. I am writing this review 3 months later purposely because I want to share not just the pre-sale aspect but the post-sale aspect too. First of all, Brad was very responsive with my needs and was helpful to narrow down my many different ideas of real estate. He was always kind, friendly and never lost his patience, and instead sent me more resources to help me further in my search. His knowledge of the things average people don't think about when moving was key to making a decision about where I am now. It is easy to get caught up in the moment, but Brad's rational and even-handed approach helped in guiding me to the right situation. He was able to negotiate in my favour, and even a few months later, he will still follow up with me on my living situation and how I feel about the place (no buyer's remorse), and to consider him for future real estate needs (which I definitely will). I have no problem referring him to anyone looking for any residential real estate, whether to buy or to lease.
