★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and poor quality builder. Found didn't connect two first floor duct( vent) line to furnace at basement ( hide the hole covering from foam) .
Don't recommend for anyone to buy these unprofessional builder house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the homes is worst very poor construction could not even last two years the house is falling apart windows are leaking balcony doors are rotting when we call the builder they simply say you’re out of warranty good luck go to hell this builder license should be cancelled he should not be allowed to build any homes in Ontario one of the worst builders that I’ve ever seen in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst work Tribute has . They pushed building houses in harsh winter and most houses are leaking in foundation and have multiple cracks. When you call them they dont even bother listening your concern and say its passed 2 years warranty .
They have wrapped the basement with insulation so the people dont see it until it leaks or you remove the insulation.
People are not happy . Will never buy from Tribute again ... Cheap work .

Build quality was low, we found cracks in our windows, uneven floors and a defected stove.
We are working with Tribute now but long lead times on getting any issues fixed.
New buyers be cautious!! you are not getting what you see at sales center."over promise & under deliver"
