★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, though the bureaucracy is frustrating and the unnecessary fees for doing nothing needs to change. $75 to setup a new phone, when I am more than able to do it myself is ridiculous. Initial setup fees are confusing and seemingly for little reason (new customer fee, setup fee), and there seems to be little standardization and transparency when it comes to pricing. 2 hours later, and after a lot of negotiation led to a good outcome, but we felt like we were fighting for good service rather than being offered it up front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to upgrade 2 phones. Should have taken an hour but one of our phones was being challenging and it took 2 hours. Keenan was so great, patient, funny, knowledgeable and very helpful. Even offered to let us go shop while he worked on the phone. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you Keenan! We love our upgrades!
