★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager that had taken our order made our experience there fantastic. He was super enthusiastic and jolly. We ordered through the Drive Thru and we didn’t have to wait that long at all as we order two oiler meals and a extra sandwich. All condiments were in the bag. The food was properly place in the bags. Hot and Fresh aswell.
This place does get super busy during dinner time though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you enter a drive through you expect fast food. Well at 6pm tonight they did not have any chicken cooked. The wait for 12 pieces of chicken was going to be 30 minutes. This Popeyes is lacking a good restaurant manager. It has been open long enough to have developed trends and should be using that info to know how to constantly have chicken ready for a quick drive through experience. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the location last week and ordered a 5pc meal which comes with 2 sides and 2 biscuits.My other family member started eating the chicken in the car and came to see that there is a whole bunch of hair on the chicken as shown in picture and 1 of the other drumstick had a long white hair. Literally everyones apetite just eent down and ended up leaving the chicken on side.
Upon arriving at home we started eating the sides and came to see that the 2 biscuits were missing. My kids loves their biscuit and came to be a disappointing night for them.
This was a total disaapointing trip to our neighbour location. Am a great Fan of popeyes but this was a unlucky day for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a quick spicy five piece and was out in minutes! I really appreciate the manager getting my order ready as I was paying so that I could be in and out quickly!
Second time I went though, I ordered all dark meat and was given all white meat which is what some people like, but unfortunately not me. Also a very long wait the second time despite few people. The staff was friendly though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Popeyes chicken. I’ve ordered it many times. Last time I ordered, it was so disappointing. Right from the moment I picked a piece of chicken from the box, it was dripping with grease. I might as well have ordered from Kentucky fried chicken. I guess I will go back to Mary Brown’s, this is so disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service makes you glad you came. Errol was especially welcoming. He was helpful and friendly, positive and energetic. Crunchy chicken strips with good amount of moist white chicken meat inside. Very good. Onion rings crispy. Fish platter was good! Bean and rice was excellent. Spicy! Mashed potatoes and gravy very good. Hot biscuits and butter. Yummy! Lots of choices to pick from for sides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 3pcs chicken platter today and i requested no legs for my order in drive thru. When i open my meal at home i was surprised that there is a leg in there. i don't have choice to going back there for traveling 15 mins. again.lesson learned don't trust this location they cheat you even there is a request in a receipt.never ever be comfortable when you going to this location.if there are zero star for the rate for this store that is they deserved.very disappointed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here yesterday & i have a number of complaints. First i ordered a 3 piece spicy tender platter. Then when Lynette, the worker who took my order, was handing over my order she said I accidentally charged you for a 5 piece not a 3 piece do you want 5 pieces instead? I said no i want my money back (if I wanted 5 pieces i would have ordered 5 pieces). Then she called over Jeanne her manager to give my refund back. It took so long for her to try to give me my money back so I finally said just refund the full amount and then charge me the right amount as I figured she couldn’t figure out the difference. Jeanne was obviously grumpy because she started hitting the till buttons harder as if i was inconveniencing her by not wanting to stand around longer as it had already been 5+ mins of me waiting for this refund. Then we were dining in and it is freezing in the dining area. I would go somewhere else if i were you, they’re not great at customer service & food was cold.
