Deadly little pet place, friendly service and staff. Simon (one of the employees dogs ) is a very good boy and can perform cool tricks.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. They have an incredibly aggressive dog on site. It's name is Indigo and has attacked several dogs including one as recent as last week. They let it roam free and will blame you for their dog attacking your pet. The male owner is very aggressive. The neighboring vet is now keeping a track of incidents so please report to them if this has or does happen to your pet. Bylaw also has a file open as well.

Came on Wednesday March 23rd at 5:30, was served by 2 knowledgable young guys who really knew their stuff about the food to get for my new puppy. This store gives out a lot of samples and discounts, which is very appreciated. We have a salon appointment booked at anothe location but plan to book it at this location in the future. Have already recommended to my friends!

We simply wanted to reach out to an unhappy customer using existing info from our POS database; wishing to apologize and see how we could make things right; there was no intention to offend or cause additional issues. When being introduced to a new kibble we have a 100% return and/or refund policy (with a receipt) should a pet not like or be a good fit for the food we sold. We have never refused a kibble refund or exchange to anyone. It is important to us to ensure a good food match. When purchasing your food on December 27 at 9:07pm (closing time) you indicated to our Pet Ambassador that your pet was on a vet prescribed diet and you were looking for something that might assist with allergies. In discussion with you he recommended Petcurean Go Sensitivities Venison as a possible fit, you purchased the bag. A few days later you contacted our store asking about our kibble refund policy. You indicated your dog was eating the food however it did not seem to be helping his allergy issue. It was recommended to you that perhaps your pet needed some more time on the food; we also indicated to you several times over the phone that we would be more than happy to provide you a refund. While on the phone with you we searched for an electronic copy of your purchase receipt you said you lost. We said we would set the receipt aside for you and that you should bring the food in sooner than later for a refund and than said good bye to you quickly as there was a line-up of people waiting to pay for their items. We apologize for any unpleasant experience that you felt during that phone call. You came in a few days later and the same bag of food you purchased was refunded to you no questions asked on January 10 at 1:10pm. Reviews are important and we try our best to learn from them, yes we make mistakes, we work and live in your community; are members of the community; and truly only want the best for our neighbors, community, customers and pets. Good place. Basic facilities for washing and drying. Good for a short bath. Staff does not provide any guidance or initial instructions, but with common sense you can come in and out in 15 to 20 minutes for a medium dog

I recently moved to the area and have only been here twice but for sure will be going back! Both times I’ve been helped by the same associate - I didn’t get his name but both times he has gone above and beyond to help me find what I need. Today I told him my kitty was a picky eater and he gave me 2 free cans of food as a sample for my kitty to try before purchasing, which I thought was so nice. I will definitely be back and will be recommending this specific location to my friends and family.

Went to Pet Planet West to purchase things for a dog I just recently adopted. Customer service was very helpful and patient and had no problems answering my questions. Simon and Indigo were very well behaved and friendly. Overall was a great shopping experience and I have already recommended this location to my fellow pet owners!
