N	N Hazara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “3 Dollars the Bail Amount” A terrible experience at this location! I dropped off my son at this location for his haircut and gave him a bill of 20 bucks and left since I had to run for other errands for the day! To be quite honest I thought a bill of 20 for a kid haircut should be good enough since I always saw posted sign around that location a price which was definitely under 20 bucks if my memory serves me well. Anyways my son called me from the location and they held him there because he was 3 dollars short! Which then I had to speak to the lady who came across with a passive aggressive tone over the phone and I requested her to let him go and I’ll bring your 3 bucks on my way back. What a great customer services experience and would I visit this location ever again after this kind of terrible experience that my son had gone thru ?! Definitely not!
J	Jen Elle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not very trusting with my hair and Great Clips reviews tend to be hit or miss (as with all salons), but decided to give it a shot anyway. I went in for a simple trim on my long hair and it was perfectly fine. I will go again for my next trim. I used the online checkin and it was straight forward, however, it would have been helpful if the mask requirement to enter the salon had been communicated in advance (with checkin) or posted online. Luckily, I had a mask with me.

Did the mobile check in while we were in the parking lot (which said 23 minutes) an hour goes by so I decided to pop my head in and ask how long, an older Asian lady looked at the computer and said our name, said we were next and to go back to my car and wait. Fast forward an hour later still nothing .. so we went for a drive and went home since its only 5 minutes away. Never received a call or text at all. Soon fast forward too Wednesday my mom went up and went in the same lady told her to leave and go do the check in, my mom said she tried on Friday and they never got her in. The lady then says bluntly "nothing i can do, I never worked friday" so needless to say I will not recommend this place to anyone, especially people who treat my 60 year old mother like that. Rude and disrespectful
M	Michael Hargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst haircut experience of my life here mostly because I did not receive a haircut experience. I called 45 minutes before my appointment. Everything was on track I was told. Appointment was at 3, I had plans for 345 nearby, I was very direct with this information. When they told me all was good I drove into town. Typically they are great, my hair personally takes 15 minutes. I got there 10 minutes early. They told me it would be 15-20 minutes... I sat for 25 minutes, watching a post haircut chat between hairdresser and client for ten minutes. I then asked how long when the ladies were done. "20-30 minutes". I left the salon. This was super unprofessional and they were extremely inaccurate with information. Terrible experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I especially like that they record notes about your hair cut preferences and print it out for themselves for each appointment. Consistent cut even from different staff members.

We wait longer because their system doesn't process gift cards and combination of coupons easily. Otherwise, the staff are friendly.
