I asked the older women if she knew how to do a faux hawk haircut, "she said yes, I've been cutting hair for 28 years" So I in turn let her cut my hair. Let's just say I am not satisfied with how it turned out, fade was uneven, the top hair was cut rounded not pointed, the back part was way to thick. I asked for a refund because I was not a satisfied customer. She wanted to fix it, I told her you tried that. I should have got my money back but she refused. This place sucks for men's cut!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND ASHLEY HAIR DESIGN AT ALL......#refundplease

My birthday was coming up and I haven't been to a salon in a very long time so I decided to book an appointment I called on the Thursday to make my appointment was on a Sunday... when I got there she had forgot that I was evencoming. she didn't even know what I wanted to get done to my hair so I had to tell it to her again. That's when she responded "You should have booked ahead of time and I would have had all the products I needed to do what you want" at that very moment I told her I called her on Friday I thought that was well enough .I booked 4 days before hand. . I told her I did then pointed to her address book my name and phone number was right there " apt for ******* " written in her own writing.  I couldn't believe how poor her customer service skills were.. I wanted to look good because it was my birthday the following week and I haven't been to a salon in a while.  I walked in on my appointment day at the salon and she had just sat another client down right before my appointment time, mind you she's the only stylist there. I am supposed to fell amazing at a salon and I completely did not and felt the total opposite.. i was mortified. My hair was such a big mess that it just looked like she had literally took foil and put blobs of bleach on my head.   I cried for almost 2 daus... she entire time there I felt rushed. She kept taking all these walk-in customer's.  I sat there for a total of 5 hrs!! From 130pm to 630pm. There was also another walk in that wanted highlights who arrived after me and left before me... like what is that? Her salon had an empty kind of feel to it and it was so messy; unkept ... it looked like half the place was a flea market... there was so many random items for sale that have nothing to do with hair and beauty... when I turned right, I felt like I was in the flea market; when I turned left, I felt like it was kind of what u call  a salon.  It wasn't welcoming at all my hair was orange,it was like a pumpkin. I just wanted to get out of there after sitting there for 5 hours and the only reason why I'm giving this the one star is because I have to in order to be able to review. If it wasn't for me you get negative five stars!!!!!! The service is beyond terrible !!! You have no customer service skills and only care about the money... for all of this I paid almost $200 it was a rip off and I don't recommend ever going there.

When you looking for a good and awesome hair salon to make you pretty Ashley is a place to go! She dose such an amazing job to make me blonde and my hair grows better and longer ! She is very nice and olways makes you fell grate and relaxed when you getting your hair done! The price is olways right and affordable! Come see Ashley today You will be back again and again! I went to get highlights done today and I had a great experience. I took my son with me who is 21 months old and they were fine with it they provided some toys for my son I got beautiful highlights from the owner that I'm so pleased with. Thank you for the nice job. Very reasonable price.

Excellent service, I get complimented on my hair always now since I started seeing Ashley. Good price, she even trimmed my husbands beard and he never lets anyone do that and cut his hair he is very fussy and was happy with the result. Highly recommend

So happy!!! Finally a professional hair stylist that LISTENS to their clients. The past 6 other places I went to butchered my hair because they didn't listen AT ALL to what I was telling them. Ashley did an amazing job though. I will DEFINITELY be returning. Thank you!! :-)

Ashley is a very nice lady, friendly and very accommodating. I was unable to go to her place of business so she came to me to dye my hair. She did exactly as i wanted. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a friendly and sweet person to get there hair done. Very affordable too. I look forward to giving her more of my business.
