I was there 6 hours during which 2 other people came and spent time discussing hair dye booking in the future and 1 got her hair cut. Time ran out so no pedicure. Hair was dyed orange which wasn’t too bad but eyebrow tinting was done in black which looked ridiculous. Had to return because above the ears there was no dye which looked bad with a ponytail. Did not return for several months and then booked a haircut. She forgot the appointment and squeezed me in, after an hour of waiting, while another client was waiting for dye. Also, both visits a few rude comments were made about my body size. The small dog in the salon barked a lot and was picked up during hair care which was off putting to me. I do not recommend and I will not return.

She listened to what I wanted but also told me what would and wouldn’t work for my hair type. Together we collaborated and decided what to do. I was thrilled with my color and cut. She took so much time and attention to detail. I recommend her and will be returning for my next hair appointment.

Sofia knew exactly what I wanted and performed my cut to perfection.. And she gives the BEST scalp massages. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a snalpn. I won't be going anywhere else from now on.
