★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the so called New York pizza which is just basically a large pizza with pepperoni on it. It was dry, overcooked, and expensive. They try to market something for something that it's not and charge you a lot of money for it.
I've never been impressed with their pizza and I don't know why I order from them, but lesson finally learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is certainly going to be my first of many visit to this Papa John. Their crust makes it taste like the perfect Italian pizza crust and is as delicious as it looks. I ordered 2 Large Pizzas 1 is Garden Veggie and the other one is Spinach Alfredi which I got for $29.99 and upon signing up an account with them I received free bread sticks. This is good deal, I will surely be ordering from Papa John's more often than other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff! We just had couple of Pizza and they were excellent. But their garlic sauce not so much. We ordered Spicy Italian, veggie pizza, garlic knots, and chicken poppers. I would def. recommend. I just tried their ranch dipping sauce and it was good, I would def get it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pizza from here multiple times, and it always has been a good experience probably 3/4 stars. This recent time I purchased bread sticks, XL Mediterranean and XL Garden. The pizza was perfect and the person in the front was super friendly and chill. It totally felt like a 5 star experience so it deserves a 5 star review, hopefully they can keep this standard up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We normally order out on Fridays after a long week. Tonight we ordered from Papa Johns and it always comes from the Kingston Rd location in Pickering.
Tonight the pizzas came and they looked like they were dropped. 2 are quite bad and the other one was just a little bit luckily. I called and they only offered new pizzas and made it sound like they were doing me a favor. They also said we had to return the other pizzas. They refused to believe that the driver accidentally dropped them. I said maybe he did a sharp turn. The manager Aphu said no and didn’t believe us. I told him I’ve been ordering for years and I’ve never complained. Why would I complain for no reason with a house full of starving people? It’s 8:35pm and we are still waiting.
I asked if we could have Papa bucks or bread sticks or anything for the Inconvenience and he flat out said no. I’m very disheartened.
Update we got new ones and the driver laughed when we asked if they were dropped. Yet Aphu still gave us nothing. You lost my business.
