She was knowledgeable and kept us up to date from the time we ordered to the day our vehicle arrived. We are so impressed with the quality of service everyone provided at Boyer. Highly recommend!

As soon as they got new shipping, he right away finished up my paper works and got me my car sooner than I excepted. I am happy with the choice I made, why not you can do the same! :)

She walked me through the entire process, is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and ensured that I got exactly what I wanted and my needs were met. It was such a breath of fresh air to have someone truly listen to what I was looking for in a vehicle. Happy to now be a party of the Hyundai Family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a Hyundai palisade from this dealership and so far we've been quite happy. The service team stands above the rest for me. Dave Crowe and his team
runs an outstanding service operation. They are prompt efficient, friendly and beyond helpful. The kids love the little extras (hot chocolate is always a winner). The service waiting area is already set up to accommodate social distancing and from time to time you will see someone sanitizing high volume areas and surfaces. Both my 2021 Hyundai palisade and 1999 Toyota 4 runner get serviced here. I live on the west end and never mind visiting this team to get work done on my vehicles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service. My partner and I brought our vehicles to get tires swapped. I have a Nissan car and him a Hyundai Suv. They welcomed me car with open arms and made me feel like I was part of the family. The younger guy with glasses was tip notch! We had ordered center caps for Hyundai and they weren't in at time of switch over but we came back a few days later and they took care of us greatly!! Even washed the car for a second time! Very polite and respectful of our cars (didn't drive it like a Nascar like Clarington Hyundai) including santising as well.
These guys are new and hope they never change, great great restoration of humanity!! Recommend these guys anyway over other dealers in Ontario! Helped also that they were a lot cheaper for service then other places including the nissan dealership.
Also want to mention they did a lease takeover for me and their sales manager was the best to deal with, follow up and attention to detail were his strong suits by far. Although originally Clarington Hyundai customers they were so great and far superior to their team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 5 different Hyundai dealerships, and this one in Pickering was HANDS DOWN the best one. Such amazing customer service, such a good selection of cars, and such knowledgeable and kind and helpful employees.
Marisa was the lady who helped me, and even though i walked in 10 minutes before closing time, she was still so helpful and patient with me… she was so clear and great at explaining everything… by the end of the night, i bought a car from her!! And i am so happy with my decision!!
I’m genuinely so happy for any customer that is lucky enough to have Marissa as their Hyundai representative !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just when it seems that no one cares anymore about providing good customer service this dealership surprised me with how friendly everyone is and how everyone made me feel like they actually wanted my business. My salesperson was Omari and he took the time to show me all the features of my new car. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealer.
