★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 yakisoba and sukiyaki with 1 scoop of teriyaki sauce for each, just like the way I usually order it in other locations. When I got home there was little to no sauce which made it so bland and dry. The noodles were chewy and cold. It is terrible. I would have rated this a zero. I will never recommend this place to anybody.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have truly tried to make this a great place and it's horrible!!!! Really inconsistent! I asked for a teriyaki beef and chicken bowl with extra meat and extra veg what I got was burnt pieces from the grill.. the beef was so burnt it was hard... no chicken ... scraping all the crud off the grill does not make it look like there's more food in there ...disgusting!! I've tried multiple times and this place is either nothing in the bowl....they charge Crazy Prices it was almost $18.00 bucks for something that was uneditable.... when you get home to eat and that's what you open your take out to disappointing and disgusting!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money. Ordered sukiyaki beef with spicy teriyaki and they legit put just a scoop of teriyaki and a bunch of chili. You expect me to eat this? Waste of time and money.

I mean my tastes are as subjective as anyone's but I don't know if they'll get more customers by adding more stuff especially if quality would go down with more things to learn while (probably) maintaining the same number of staff.
