The food was ok, not as good as usual but acceptable. The service is really bad. Gotta fight your way to speak to someone or they will ignore you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime my family orders from here the food is pretty much inedible. Chicken tastes like it's been pumped full of water. Fries are soggy with a weird texture, no flavour either. The only thing even mildly okay is the popcorn chicken but even that's teetering on the edge of unacceptable. I don't know if all KFCs are like this now but years ago I used to enjoy KFC as a treat and my recent experiences have turned me off of ever wanting to eat anything associated with this brand again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location does not honor coupons correctly. They charged me EXTRA for wanting more than 1 thigh piece for my order when it clearly stated on the coupon "3 pieces Chicken (dark)". To my understanding that meant dark meat (rib, leg, thigh) - no specific part, I can choose what combo I want as long as it is not white meat (breast). Checked my receipt and they charged me extra for those 2 thigh pieces, total of 3 thigh pieces for the order. Cashier argued with me that it was how it's supposed to be.
*I know I can afford to pay it. But the principal is what's the point of having a coupon if they're not going to honor it correctly. Or if I'm not allowed to choose my parts, just put that on the coupon as well. Or just be accountable and say their location doesn't honor coupons from the company!

And even though they are a CHICKEN place, every time I order even a 2 piece meal they need to go in the back and check to see if they have enough! ?♀️ 3 times they forgot some of my order and you can't reach anyone at the number listed to complain. Poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feb.2, 2022 there was a 2 piece meal for $2. The app needed to get the deal was down. We phoned ahead twice to see if we should drive into Edmonton for the deal. No signs of the special anywhere. There were no customers in the store except for a steady business from delivery companies. The staff were flying! We got the deal, but wondered how many customers took advantage of it. The chicken was more than hot & perfect. It was so good that a flood of childhood memories flooded back. Service was excellent, the store was super clean. The modern decore made me wonder if this was a flagship store. This location is 30 minutes from our town & we will go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS this is the WORST KFC. They'll make you wait 20 minutes then put a single chicken tender between bread and call that a sandwich and they'll do it visit after visit. But I guess I should call myself lucky because this is a tad bigger than the usual chicken tender they use for their famous chicken sandwich. It's ridiculous and then they won't answer their phone to do something about. Straight to voicemail. Reaching out to head office says they'll provide "feedback" but time and time again they do the same thing but hey I'll keep trying until maybe they shut it down or something. We'd all be better off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd time we have ordered via drive through from this location with the same result. Old grease used the chicken was discolored deep brown not golden & tased disgusting like burnt old grease both times. Can't talk to anyone when I phoned just goes to 1990s automated voice mai. Will not be back do not go to this location. I Posted a pice on it next to a piece of what it shold look like with clean oil.
