★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience all around. I was assisted by Caitlin and she was amazing. I needed adjustments to 3 pairs of glasses I purchased online and everything went very smoothly. Very nice store as well. Why buy glasses or contacts anywhere else?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trudi is amazing! She is so incredibly friendly and has a wealth of knowledge! She taught me so many things I didn’t even know about glasses! She is so personable it makes me want to go back just to see her again! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying, I have never, in the approximately 25 years I've been wearing glasses, spent so little on frames and lenses. I have a very strong prescription, with an astigmatism, and my lessons alone are usually three times the amount I spent on both lenses and frames. Sebastian was great at helping me pick my frames, and they arrived in the mail about two weeks later. When I initially put them on, I was very worried because I was getting distortion when looking down or sideways. I went back to the store and they took their time to adjust the frames properly, until the issue was totally resolved. Love my new glasses, and loved my experience with clearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend going here for glasses. I had Baylee Daly as a consultant (I didn't realize she was the assistant manager until I got home and looked at her card). She was friendly and had great input in helping me make my decision on the frames and lenses I wanted/needed. They are very thorough and even have the in house optometrist look at the prescription and measurements before placing the order. I do not have anything bad to say at all. Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had getting new glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t be more excited than I am now that Clearly is in Edmonton! I ordered 4 pairs glasses/sunnies before the new year from their website, one pair that I severely misjudged on my size. I brought all of them in to see if I could get them fitted better. Trudi was more than happy to help me, spending more time and care fitting each pair of glasses than I’ve ever had at any optometrists office. She was even able to manipulate the one frame that fit so small on my face to look and feel like a completely different pair. She truly has a special art and look forward to my next visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited the store on three separate occasions now and bought frames on two of those trips! I'm VERY impressed with the level of service and care by all the staff in this store - especially Hannah, Jacob and Trudi! These three truly took great care of me while I was in the store.
I also have to mention that the prices were incredible. My new everyday glasses were such a good deal that I was able to get a pair of prescription sunglasses as well this year and have BOTH covered by my benefits!
I HIGHLY recommend the Clearly store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "CLEARLY" is a new shop at West Edmonton Mall. It's located on the first floor next to the Tim Hortons. It is a corner shop just above the ice skating rink in WEM. The shop is well stocked with a variety of glasses both branded and others. The staff are an asset to this shop. The price and quality of the products sold is exceptionay good. I went there to get a glass for my son. The staff made him feel very comfortable and were patient with him. The choice of Glasses for kids were very interesting. My overall experience was very good . I would surely recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is absolutely no cheaper place for designer glasses then Clearly! I've been using them for almost 15 years for my glasses and am thrilled to know there's now a physical store in West Edmonton mall. Another huge and absolutely competitive advantage they have is their prices for kids glasses. Kids 0 to 10 get free glasses and $50 towards frames, walked out of the store today with new glasses for my daughter for just $5! Nobody beats that. Got a vogue pair with transition lens and more for less than $150. More so, there staff also professional and absolutely amazing, very supportive and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Hannah and Trudy, I recommend asking for them if you're in search of a new pair. Absolutely amazing people!
