β β β β β I had an appointment with Dr.Jasmine Gill and I was thrilled to meet her she was so great! Sheβs wonderful, professional and so welcoming- she was patient with me, answered all my question while teaching me so much about the eye ball in one appointment! You can see she genuinely cares for her patients- she excels in her communication skills with her patients while making them feel at ease and calm, it was a fun appointment. Thank you Dr.Gill for doing an amazing job look forward coming to you in the future!

β β β β β I hate glasses shopping but everyone working at Bailey Nelson was very helpful and were happy to give their thoughts on what would work best for me. The eye doctor squeezed me into her day as well! They have a great selection! Very nice people!

β β β β β My partner and I bought new glasses this month and this location has been phenomenal. We came in on family day holiday 30 mins before close and they accommodated an on the spot eye exam. The staff at the front stayed after close to help us select our frames and were so HAPPY to do so. They direct billed all of our insurance.
I went to pick up our frames today and another employee stated she hates finishing her shift because she gets fomo of how fun the busy times are. Clearly they have great company culture, high moral and employees who love what they do. Great job!!! :)

β β β β β I stopped in here as I was in the mall looking for glasses. Iβve never shopped at Bailey Nelson before and was pleasantly surprised.
1. They direct bill SunLife!!!
2. Service was top notch. I unfortunately didnβt get the name of the lovely human who assisted me but they were incredible from start to finish. They listened to what I was looking for, suggested some great options, provided good advice on style, fit and function.
3. Glasses - Iβve been wearing glasses since I was a child and these are by far my favorite. The frames fit well and are comfortable. My prescription was done correctly.
Overall 5 stars.

β β β β β I was looking for an Optometrist in the West End and was happy with the current reviews so I booked an eye appointment. Dr. Gill was so easy to speak with, she was very thorough in her examination of my eyes. Very helpful in working with my prescription for a pair of glasses to wear for just computer work and a pair for everyday. The staff were equally helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Got a great deal on 2 pairs of glasses. If you are looking for an Optometrist your search is over you won't be disappointed.

β β β β β I had a really positive experience there today. Walked in asked for an eye exam, they took me right away. The workers are super personable and have a really good attitude with clear and concise wording.
Dr. Gill was also super professional and easy going at the same time. Made for a painless eye exam. She explained all sorts of neat info about my eye health and so forth and gave me good options. I did both the eye and contact lenses test. They gave me a few free pairs to trial with my new prescription.
Staff also did not try to pursue me into buying stuff. Which is a big plus for glasses stores. I always feel like other stores pressure you way too much.
10/10 would return.

β β β β β I had a fantastic experience from start to finish here. It was quick and easy to make an appointment even for the very next day. When I arrived a little early, the staff were helpful without being intrusive, offering some great suggestions but not forcing anything on me, and finding things that matched what I said I was looking for. I like their selection of styles - there's a decent range, without being overwhelming. The optometrist was great too: I had to get a dilation, which needs a certain amount of time that would have made me late for another appointment; I appreciated that she found a time slot for me to come back for the dilation after that other appointment. My glasses were ready within ten business days; I'm very happy with them, and with the way they made absolutely sure that they were the right fit etc when I went to pick them up.
What impressed me most, though, was the customer service here. There was a small mishap with my (very) old glasses while they were checking the focal point for my new ones on my first visit. It wasn't at all important - I was planning to get rid of that pair as soon as the new ones came in, and I had a spare pair at home as well as my sunglasses. But even though I made clear I wasn't too bothered about it, the staff were very apologetic, and went out of their way to find a solution and make up for it - they went over and above what was necessary. I will definitely be getting my glasses from Bailey Nelson in future.

β β β β β Excellent customer service. My glasses arrived in a timely manner. They took the time to make sure that my glasses fit me perfectly. They adjusted it and offered a life time service to adjust my glasses whenever needed. The first pair of glasses I bought, was from a different company in Montreal. They did not take the extra time to adjust my glasses so as a result whenever I bend down to read, they sometimes slipped off. I highly recommend Bailey Nelson, they take the extra step to ensure a happy customer. Their employees are friendly and extremely helpful.
