Hillview Master Builder - Edmonton

I work with Hillview Master Builder on a regular basis and find them to be professional and more than capable of handling the complexity of custom house building. They are excellent at communication and organization, and easy to work with throughout the company. I would recommend them if you are considering a custom build!

I built a custom home with Al, Nathan and the team at Hillview and had nothing but a great experience! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends. The process was handled professionally and I was never rushed at any point. The Hillview team provided excellent advice and kept me informed every step of the way. When undertaking a project this big there are bound to be a hiccup or two along the way. In one instance it was me and the other it was the builder. They worked with me to ensure everything was right and were very accommodating and understanding. Thanks again Al, Nathan and team! My wife and I approached Nathan about building a custom home and he was great. Their architect designed a floor plan that suited our needs and budget and we went ahead and picked out every single item in our beautiful new home. It was built faster than anticipated and any deficiencies were addressed quickly and without any major headaches. If you want to build a custom home but don't have millions of dollars then look no further than Hillview Master Builder.

The problem started when my wife and her girlfriend (I can’t call her my girlfriend!) visited a Windemere showhome by Hillview Master Builder in the summer of 2010. She wanted me to see it so I rounded up her girlfriend’s husband so we could go and ‘pick it apart’ as we are both experienced builders and renovators. Low and behold, there was nothing we could complain about in their show home. As we were contemplating a second home away from Fort McMurray, we paid for the lot in Feb 2011 and upgraded the plans to incorporate enhanced energy efficiency for comfort and future savings as we were experienced in that from our McMurray home. My wife wanted the same timeless style and quality that Hillview’s showhomes presented. Al and Nathan took on the challenge to work with us – and excelled in every way. We paid for the lot that we wanted with the exposure with the rear deck facing a beautiful pond in Feb 2011 and they finished the lovely home later in the year. To this day we feel very blessed to be able to enjoy this fine home and I’m very glad my wife dragged me to their particular showhome. I’m writing this now, as years later they have proven to have the ‘Master’ part down pat, as they looked after any little deficiencies that occurred during the build and since. They truly are fine builders, very respectful and attentive to your needs, but are finer people to the core. The experience was great and they have truly set themselves apart from other Edmonton builders. Seeing that they built the DreamLife Lottery home for Covenant Health compelled me to write this review – in support of a classy, caring company – helping Edmonton families.
