A portion of every home sale and the profits from our annual Coventry Homes Paws & Claws Gala provides funding to support homeless pets. This year we celebrated our 10th Annual Paws & Claws Gala and marked it with a milestone – we have raised over $1 million to date!

She always answers my questions, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and Coventry Homes for anybody looking for white glove service and top quality workmanship!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coventry Homes should change their name to Greedy Home Builders. talked to Kang over the phone and he quoted us a good price and After couple hours when we went to visit the showhome, he quoted us way more than what they told us over the phone. Would not recommend this builder. Such a shame to have them in Edmonton where the Premier is inviting everyone to move to Alberta so the province can grow but these GREEDY BUILDERS will turn off people to move to alberta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with my experience with coventry. Bought my home through Chris Barnard and have only good things about him! It was a long and stressful process but Chris was always willing to help and show me different showhomes and built hpuses . Also, a big plus is that they have showrooms of different kitchens and washrooms, and physical samples of everything you choose for your future home which makes the selection process a lot easier, I was helped by Alysha and she made a full day of choosing things for my home a very pleasent experience. Would hundred percent recommend the company and the two people that helped me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stay away from this builder, they can do anything to rob more money from a home buyer, even during construction. may this Alberta housing market Boom end soon and these guys will get a taste of their own medicine. i hope this new mortgage rate will cool off the housing market and teach these builders a lesson. YOU WILL NOT GET RICH BY ROBING A HOME BUYER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I chose Coventry homes as my homebuilder. There are so many choices know you really have to do your research. They were incredibly helpful and so very patient with the many changes I made along the way. I am a very detailed oriented person and they respected that through this whole process and never made me feel like I was a nuisance or a bother My team even stopped by after I moved into my home so I gave them the tour on how beautifully it all came together! I have nothing but appreciation and respect for this company. Many thanks to Peter, Alysha and Jenna. It truly was a combined effort and I’m so happy with the result!! I would not hesitate at all to recommend a builder to my friends and family!! Trust me, he will not regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I moved from Toronto to Edmonton and just purchased our first property through Coventry Homes.
We worked with their representatives, Peter and Jenna in West Secord and they made the process very easy and seamless. They were able to accomdate for our distance when we were in Toronto and even after moving in, they are still assisting us with small issues that pop up here and there. So far, there aren't any issues that can't be fixed.
Great experience - Would highly recommend to work with these two!

He is extremely personable and eager to help his clients see their home plans come to their idea of perfect. He genuinely listened to all of my concerns and worked hard towards resolutions. He was always prompt in his responses and went out of his way to accommodate requests. I particularly appreciated his enthusiasm and positivity as my home was coming together, making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Thank you Richard!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just moved into our Coventry home and really enjoyed the experience. While building a home can be very stressful, we were lucky to be paired up with our sales manager Zeina Pong. She brought so much experience to the table and was able to help up make build choices that were right for our family. She brought up things that we never would have thought of and went above and beyond. With Covid, the building experience had unique hurdles and thanks to her communication we were able to navigate and feel good about changes and delays that were out of our hands. Grateful to be in our home before the holidays
